Was wondering when is SSC shipping the Ht marines and Ripley?

Also, been looking for Astronaut flight suit for Ripley, the closest I found is the Apollo 13 12" fig but the face shield is yellow. I imagine it could be replaced with clear plastic and some of the life support plug ins can be whited out but it just looks too "toyish" to me...

Hmmm... I must say I'm a bit surprised at the lack of love for the original McF sculpt, I thought it would ellicit more comments...

I was turned off by the akward pose of the McF Alien... its very well sculpted, but I don't think they thought about how to make the poseability work with the sculpt.

Although I only had the 8" version, which this was a 2-Up of.

I meant the prototype that was first shown and never got produced:

I find it a far superior sculpt to the one that was finally produced.

yes the prototype was quite outstanding. I still liked the 6" version, but didn't care for the 12" version as much. i hated all the cut joints they threw in for no reason whatsoever.

the prototype of the predator was even better, and the final product was quite horrendous.
