Yea, but 10% off is not going to bother them. They need to give actual discounts that reflect the issues. I honestly believe everyone with issues should call up and demand a full refund or take a few bucks back from them. The only way to get them to notice is to hit them where it hurts. And damn collectorcol. The money they offered you doesnt even cover your fees ughhhh.

The dome definitely doesn't come off easily for whoever wanted to know. Even after heating, it came off in broken fragments. The adhesive didn't budge at all.

Just got this in an email from SS:
"Your replacement order will be leaving our warehouse shortly. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be inspected, packaged, and shipped. "
I'm happy to see that they will inspect my replacement before it gets sent out to me. It is an EX by the way.
