I loved the detail of Last Survivor... but it missed a chunk of the ending to the movie. The whole 'underwear-OH GOD IT'S HERE-get into space suit before it wakes up-blow it off the airlock' sequence.

That scene was special because of the apparent safety/relief being crushed one last time... and because as a man-pig, I loved how Ripley looked in those briefs (which were even modeled for a brief sequence for Amanda).

How come they didn't finish it THAT WAY? And Jonesy's kennel is there, but no Jonesy.

Fresh install worked. I'm assuming the HD didn't have enough space and that's why nothing worked properly. I'll start it tomorrow.

So, just started this on the PS4...first level - need to get to the bridge for meeting, but when I arrive, nothing happens...Capt and Lawyer just standing around...? Is that a bug, or do I need to push something? weird

you need to wait for samuals to arrive there too. so check if samuals is still in the same room you met him or not. if he's not walking towards the bridge, then yeah it must be a bug...

You have to pick up your file off the table near the back centre of the bridge as far as i can remember.

lol, ok, that was funny. yeah game is in monday mode

Reloaded the level, talked to the android dude (assuming) and the lawyer, in that order....game seemed to like that better. Never talk to the lawyer first

LOL time to exit the thread until done. Know I am late to the party, but holy cow, the level design is a love letter to fans of the original Alien....truly amazing....and the first game I'll play on Occulus Rift, assuming my PC can hendle it

I finally got around to trying out the Crew Expendable DLC last night. The alien is way more aggressive, it just hangs around, I went into a room with 2 doors and a table, and it just goes from door to door giving you no space to maneuver around....

Next to impossible on Hard Difficulty, especially with no noisemakers or most of the items from the campaign
I might give it another go tonight...... but I'm scared........

I actually noticed that...so all, what is the difference with the two DLCs...? I got the one via Gamestop; is the other just different crew to play as, or a different scenario?

They are recreations of two parts of the movies. I take it you never saw the film...?

No, it doesn't. It makes life and death MATTER. It's also a tactical decision, when to save.

No, seen it many times...but the DLC listings didn't seem clear to me...or I read it too fast

No worries. So, Crew Expendable is right after the first guy dies and the others start planning on how to get the thing off the ship via the vents.

Last Survivor starts when Ripley, Lambert and (was it Parker?) the big black guy are prepping the shuttle to escape the Nostromo.

ok thanks.....I think my surprise came from the fact there were two DLCs involving the original crew. I had thought there was just the one, that came in the Nostromo edition originally = thanks for the clarification
