Well, that clears that up. Would have been nice to get a mask, but as you don't see one on screen and these are 'Movie Masterpiece' figures it makes sense.
Looking forward to seeing Ripley as well.

I'm hoping she'll look like one tough *****. The first sculpt was ok, but even with Les' great paint job, it's still more feminine looking than Sigourney, she's sexy, but she's also rugged looking.

While I'm in here, I posted this over in the HT Warrior image thread, but thought I'd share it here too with my Aliens bretheren.

For anyone interested, I have several wallpaper sizes available of this image over in my desktop wallpaper's thread. I know I had started a HT Aliens Warrior wallpaper thread, but as I'm expanding my offering of wallpapers, I've decided to just post all my Aliens warrior wallpapers in my wallpaper thread.

With this design, I was just trying to create something reminescent of H.R. Giger's art style.

Yeah, I gotta admit, I want a mean, sharp-angly faced Sigourney this go round. We're talking crinkled brow, anger lines...hell, I'd even take a full out, teeth bared grimace! Mid B-word!

So far, the Aliens human sculpts have been devoid of any real detail.

But I do hope that they give us a sculpt in the caliber of their other figures, like Sparrow.

I like that idea, and at the same time, I don't think that'd be good. With the Aliens line so full, and possibly few humans left to add to it, it'd look weird to have such a detailed figure that almost stands alone. At this point, a good expressive face in the style of the other Aliens human figures would make the piece fit best with the lineup.

As I'm getting ALL my marines re-vamped and Lesterized anyway, bring on a good Ripley!

Although, if they did a new Hicks to cater to those that missed out on him round 1 and did him with the textured skin like Jack Sparrow, that'd be a must get for me.

Ya i know it'd be crazy and impractical, I'm just a big fan of the Hicks character, he was only in Aliens but there's just something about the quality of the character and Biehn's performance, can't get enough solid collectibles there. It's going to be great having the FML spiked head to go with my stoner head, options are gooooood!

I hope Hot Toys starts producing fodder or sections of the backdrop to go along with their Movie Masterpieces.

It's be great to have some Sentry guns, Hive resin, Predator2 ship interior or trophy wall, etc.

I'd be all for expansion packs, not sure if that's HT's style though, far as I know, they do figures and their accessories and that's all. However, with the Power Loader, the potential for surprises out of HT is strong. I'd definitely like an eggs, face huggers and chest bursters pack.

How sweet would it be to get a person with a mechanical chest burster feature that pops it out of the chest.
