Here's a look at the new Warrior Class Sideswipe from the new Transformers Robots In Disguise line. Sideswipe has a very nice car mode with a fairly simple transformation. Robot mode looks good but has some issues with the shoulders staying pegged in. Please rate, comment and subscribe!

So trypticon is being reissued, huh? I remember back in my early days of collecting how much this guy was a holy grail for me and how I never ended up getting one. I have no interest in it now, but am happy to see G1 figures still being reissued.

honestly its a top notch 3p MP figure! so solid, well built, transformation is crazy when you see it... only issue is the price point. a little on the expensive side... that's the only negative aspect to me.

Exactly. I only collect the ultimetal line and select 3p classics offerings now. Somewgere over the past six months i stored having any sort of want for a big tf collection and now i only collect stuff i think is just awesome. I sold most of my classics, all my mps and didn't even buy hastak stuff in 2014.

The thought of getting stuff like devy just to review and try to flip after crosses my mind, but it's not even worth the hassle.

Quality over quantity always works for me.

Badcube Warpath is a case in point. The quality is so far beyond anything in the mass market lines that it's ridiculous and it's on a par with most of the official Masterpieces too.

For the same money I could have got 5 Combiner Wars Deluxes and had a bit left towards a 6th but there's no way I'd ever consider that....I've seen CW figures in person last time I was in TRU

I've been on Badcube's Facebook this evening and noticed a couple of things that hint towards their post-Insecticon plans.

Somebody asked them about a rerelease of Huffer and the reply was "after couple more, his time will come again" so it seems like a reissue with better QC is still on, maybe they'll do the retool to Pipes this time as well.

Another comment suggested Gears as a future project which they liked so they're hopefully considering him and also Cliffjumper as with XTransbots doing Windcharger we're very close to a complete set of series 1 Minibots.

So Kapow Toys tweeted tonight with something I found vaguely interesting & it appears that another company are having a go at their own insecticons & these don't look too shabby



The company are called Ocular Max

I think they look pretty sweet & I'll be watching to see where these go.
Fans Toys already have my pre-orders for Bombshell & Shrapnel & I can't see me switching but more choice in the market is surely a good thing.

I just received Warpath too and I agree with you. The only gripe I have is his transformation which took me 30+ minutes - good thing for the instructions. They went overboard with the complexity of the transformation. That don't matter though as he will stay in robot mode in my display.

Agreed...Apollyon will be the only Megatron I'll ever need. I highly doubt Tak/Tom will spend the money necessary to engineer a "truer" G1 Megatron.
