I think the purple chest version is like the g1 toy was like I said I think. and the other is more like the cartoon which I always go for the cartoon look
I think the robot proportions could be far better; that figure's head is too small (and on a pencil neck) his waste too thin and that window chest way too tall. If they want a 'toon aesthetic, it shouldn't feel like a pair of arms and a head poking out from behind a windshield (like the G1 toy). The window should just be embedded into his chest like Soundwave. My two cents. In what way?

Hopefully they are learning some lessons from the production/QC issues with Appolyon, because that Beachcomber looks great. And I don't play videogames very much, but if that Transformers one is good, I'll probably have to pick it up for the PS3. Looks phenomenal.
Yeah, sounds like a perfect recipe. They just need to make sure it has halfway decent gameplay. And then, of course, we need a GI Joe done that way!!!
That's pretty awesome. They even gave Duke a smile like his original figure had.
If the rumors are true, Platinum Games is behind it, so we are in for a treat. The guys are well know for their action games (Bayonetta, MGS Rising) I own both and they are phenomenal games. And very well rated too.
This is the Transformers game I've been waiting for all my life. Now pack a "Limited Edition" with a MP figure and take my money.
I thought you'd like that
I love Bayonetta, I do have high hopes for this if it's similar but even if it's not I will still be buying it.
Hoping for an awesome LE.
Doesn't even need to be an MP figure just a good quality statue like the Batman games got or the current DBZ: Xenoverse would suit me just fine
Let's dream big! A super limited collectors edition with a MP (re colored or whatever) figure would be amazing!

Hate to be a debby downer, but this Devastation game is pretty clearly a reskin of their similarly-licensed and poorly-reviewed The Legend of Korra game from last year.I thought you'd like that

Hopefully! But turning around and releasing this game just one year later doesn't leave a whole lot of room for improvement; that's doesn't even seem like enough time just to reskin the things with Transformers visuals and dialog. I do hope I'm wrong, but the very fact that Hasbro would take one look at a 5.5-scored game and say, "could you do that for us?" leaves me with little hope. You don't think that maybe they learned some lessons from what went wrong with that game?
