That and the new (hopefully) leader Prime are what im most looking forward to.

My guess is that it'll be a retooled version of the new voyager Prime with a trailer. I'd love a retooled leader Prime with full size trailer, but that'd have to be a supreme class. They could sell the trailer seperately (give it it's own robot mode), but that'd take up a leader slot.

Of course, Prime may not even combine with his trailer, but I doubt that'll stop Hasbro. Hopefully it'll look better then Jet Prime, though.

I just got the Generations Drift yesterday, really nice figure.

Shame the others in the assortment for Generations doesnt interest me :/

What i hope they will do is:

New Leader Prime mold. Either a highly retooled and more accurate version of the rotf toy or a completly new mold with features like rubber tyres and articulated hands to make a comeback and have both pop out swords and duel blasters. Paint apps will always suffer at the hands of Hasblo so i dont expect miracles in that department, i can always repaint mine anyway.
I want a trailer to fit the leader toy as well and for it to do exactly whatever the trailer does in the movie.

New leader class Megatron mold.

Retooled or all new voyager Ironhide and Ratchet toys either based on the deluxes and upscaled or entirely new more accurate molds.

The return of the HA line with a HA version of the Ferrari and a classic Camaro Bumblebee.

Leader shockwave and a leader of that fire truck would be awesome too.

Ive never been so excited for a toy line before! Cant wait for mid 2011!

I just hope Hasblo can get their sloppy act together and actually realize that the US isnt the center of the universe and that people in the UK and other countries actually want to buy their stuff too and they will make enough toys to cope with demand and actually ship some stuff overseas for once but im not holding my breath.

Masterpiece Hot Rod/Rodimus

Finally some high-resolution photos of Masterpiece Hot Rod/Rodimus have been posted in this post at tfw2005. Both head sculpts leave something to be desired, but my bigger concern is the paint apps. He's completely matte looking and if ever there was a figure who should use glossy metallic paints it's Hot Rod, especially at $200. Speaking of the price, does anyone know where the cheapest place to order him from is, factoring shipping to the U.S.? Thanks!

I'd imagine BBTS's price is competitive. Cheapest? not sure, but they are very reliable with shipping and handling.

Drift is awesome and I picked up Thrust too and it looks like the G1. On that note I am reading the Drift mini-series by IDW to check on the character as the card made him sound bad-###.

I got Bumblebee for my son who loves BB, but it is very hard to transform so I have to do it every time.

im guessing the matt paint makes him look more cartoon accurate. Doesnt bother me he's perfect.

The Ferrari Italia Autobot is top of my list followed by the fire truck Autobot and Shockwave.

I'm hoping for a Human Alliance version. A Leader Class would be nice but unless it was released in a seperate line like Battle Ops Bumblebee it wouldn't really fit in with the main TF3 Leader Class toys as they're usually made to be in scale with each other.............a HUGE Ferrari would look a bit odd next to Leader Prime's Peterbilt.

Apparently Henkei is coming back under a new name:

Got some notification of the return of Henkei but with a new name and some new paint!!!

Transformers United set for release in December 2010 brings us the following figures

1) UN01 - Optimus Prime Cybertron Mode
2) UN02 - Bumblebee Cybertron Mode
3) UN03 - Cliffjumper Cybertron Mode
4) UN04 - Megatron Cybertron Mode
5) UN05 - Soundwave Cybertron Mode
6) UN06 - Optimus Prime
7) UN07 - Bumblebee
8) UN08 - Autobot Drift
9) UN09 - Megatron
10) UN10 - United Straxus

no pics as yet and we can obviously only speculate if the UN6 - UN7 - UN09 will be previous molds of Optimus Bumblebee and Megatron or something new, the figures also feature new metalic paint jobs.

Should be getting some pre-order info soon but some of the guys from the east will hopefully beat me to it with pics, I needz to see these!!!

I'm glad I waited on getting the other WFC toys as Takara paintjobs should really show the molds at their best.

As for the others I'm happy enough with the Hasbro version of Drift , have no intrest in the Straxus mold and am curious to see what the non WFC versions of Prime, BB and Megatron are.

I expect they'll be the Classics molds with another new paint scheme in which case I'd pass on all 3 but maybe they'll be something new that's not yet leaked.

My bet is that the non-WFC figures are reissues of Henkei Prime/Bumblebee/Megatron, or even new repaints.

Agreed; War for Cybertron figures with metallic paint jobs could be superb. Speaking of which, here are hands-down the best custom repaints of those molds imaginable. They look indistinguishable from the game models.
