Anakin Skywalker PF Coming

Nothing will change my mind until I see the pooduction pics. I Know that Sideshow will listen to us and do what is best for the piece. I really want to get this for my 1st SW PF and I am sure the production piece will turn out just as good as it is in those pics.

I have faith in Sideshow too, the robe is simply perfect in the proto pics.

Hopefully someone from Sideshow will be nice enough to enlighten us somewhere on the boards as to what the robe situation is. I'll keep my order either way, but if it's the rigid robe, a part of me will end up dreaming of what could have been.

Since whenis 1k high? Anything over 5k is high. 1k is not.

I agree depending on what about the robe made you change your mind, if it was just that you thought another material was closer or something, I think that's super geekdom. If a particular element significantly alters the aesthetics of the piece, then it's not so crazy, and that's where my iffyness on the piece lies because the overall look to the piece drops in qualit to me with the alternate robe from the QTVR.

Eww, I don't care for the new robe's look either. Personally I didn't like the fabric of the other, I would have preferred something that looked more like the robe is supposed to. But MaulFan swayed me that if the material hangs better its a better choice. Gotta say it looks like he was right. I wonder why they didn't use the same material as the PF Obi-Wan, that seemed to work out pretty well...

Still won't be enough for me to cancel though, worst case scenario I'll figure out a way to take that robe off.

I tried to do that but for some reason it is coming up as an x.

It does look like a different material than on the still photos, but as I suspected, it was just the wires in the cloak that made it look funky in the QTVR.
