They typically get about 2 sets of four to part out. So they will throw up 4 parted figs and then when those sell out they throw up 4 more. I doubt anyone who really wants one will have too much trouble.

Toy Anxienty is an interesting business. Everyone is going to want the Luke headsculpt, but who will be interested in the rest of the outfit? Can't see how they make money doing it.

Trust me man, for what they pay SSC wholesale it's worth it, people pay for parts.

Indeed, one angle is very "holy **** that's Hammil" the way the shadows fall on it.

I love these 360 views... you can really get a good feel for the sculpts. Looks a lot more like Luke when you see it like this.

Yeah, the 3D views help alleviate the problems where a figure can look weird from a certain angle. He looks good.

I hate to harp on this but I really wish SS would start making a relaxed pose right hand. He would look much better in that 360 pose if he didn't have the trigger finger right hand.
Sorry guys but it's beginning to be a real sore spot with me.

I agree, a relaxed right would add a lot of options. I just usually put something in the figures hand so it doesn't look to weird.

What with Obi, Palps/Sid 2 pack and now this the SST SW line is getting a lot stronger (I know it's boring, and I hate to go on and draw a neg, but bin the buck and get a new bod and we'd have a first class figure!).

This figure seems to me to be the opposite of SSC's usual quality in that the attire is excellent and the sculpt is poor. It does look like Hamill from one angle but only slightly and IMO it's not good enough. I know the likeness in question has traditionally been difficult for sculptors to get right but SSC have had 6 attempts in 2 different scales and have never managed an outstanding one yet. The only one that was unquestionably awesome was the Bespin Luke sculpt that Andy Bergholtz did that was rejected by the retards at Lucasfilm.

It also looks like the production sizes are getting smaller as well. Han is only 3000 regular worldwide! These are going to get harder to find as time goes on!
