Seriously you have Apple and AT&T. State of the art companies right? At the tip of the spear with modern technology. And all they needed was people who can read and write and were equipped with a pen and paper to ____ing handle this.

I don't see what the big deal of a deposit is. I would rather pay that then give them the full amount up front. Sure its on (hold) but its not like the funds are available while on hold anyways. See like this! My funds are (on hold) from the ATT store that ____ed up my non order! Thats right! No preorder and yet they took the funds!

They better be giving that to you on the 24th!

They gave us giftcards with the $50 balance on it to use towards the phone or whatever if we choose. Literally Best Buy was so simple and quick, I may do all of my phone upgrading in the future there. When I told AT&T nevermind I'm going to Best Buy, she said "At least you're getting one right?"

I picked up our first macbook from a bb near me that was in the pilot program.
Best experience ever with apple products.
Reserved online, picked it up and put it on the bb cc!

Even got reward $$ to boot!

NO NO NO! Not congrats! I have no idea which store, which site, or whatever that this actually went through. I have a feeling I will be charged for like 700 iphones. I will deal with this tomorrow.

I would just like to say that this experience is now to the point where it is almost comical how bad 2 major companies can actually ____ up! All I know is I am out almost $650 and have nothing.

Yeah I'm not even upset anymore. I'm sure they will figure it all out. And Im also sure I will have an iphone. Or 7! LOL! It's just the pain of waiting for refunds now I guess. Who knows when I will see that money back?

Well, in hindsight yeah this was much better. I wanted to order it online through apple for the ease of not having to run someplace and just have it delivered to my house. Now, all was pretty easy to walk into the store and pay for all my phones in total and not have to worry about paying anything when they ship. Either way it works.

Well I ended up just reserving a 32GB model, and I'll go pick it up. I know having it shipped would've been easier, but I kinda like partaking in the "launch day" event and waiting in line while shooting the poo with other fellow Apple junkies
