1/6 Batman 1989: Batmobile Collectible Vehicle - Specs & Pics

Ok guys, money aside... Anyone that also collects SW 1/6 could help me decide if i should buy this or the Tamashii PM C-3PO... I can only afford one or the other at the moment. Anyone have both that could give suggestions?

If you have the space and can can get a clean one i would say Batmobile.

C-3PO looks awesome but the Batmobile makes the rest of my collection almost invisible because nobody can take there eyes off the car when they come over.

Thanks for the input. Sorry if this doesn't belong in here, just really want both but can only get one. I'm really torn. Sucks wanting two perfect representations of figures you want.. lol I wish people would have found faults with one or the other. Congrats to everyone that has got one without flaws! This thing is amazing.

I have both, and would say get the batmobile, just because it really is quantity and quality combined. If you can, which i'm sure you will be, definitely pick up the C-3PO down the road! Will probably go up in value once they release R2!

If it was not for the QC issues it really would not even be a question (for me anyway). I would like to pick up a C-3PO also but do not have the funds for it right now.

Thats exactly what i'm afraid of. Once R2 is up for PO the price on 3PO will skyrocket. Anyways, thanks for the suggestion. Still not sure what i'll do but in the meantime i'll look at everyones pretty pictures..

Thanks, Batfreak! I'm using an old Nikon D5000 DSLR, with this 35mm f1.8G lens for most of them and tried this 70-300mm zoom lens for one or two photos. I take all of my photos near the window with natural light spilling in; it's the only way I can get good results. I also take about 49 bad photos for every one photo I post Which as far as I'm concerned is the only real secret to taking good photos.

Then i'm impressed. I have a D90 and the same lens and I can't take shot as nice as yours. Though I shoot mostly in jpeg cause I don't have the patience (nor like) to do post work with RAW.

Mine looks like it will be about $100 to Missouri. I won't get it for awhile, I had to start the payments later than I wanted to.

Timewalkertoys still has a few in stock ( they arrived yesterday) Steve inspected them all and found no issues. Very excited to see this thing inperson

Apparantly Sideshow are out of stock at their warehouse and are waiting for a new batch of Batmobiles to come from Hot Toys. I've ordered another after recieving 2 small marks on mine...anyone else waiting on this second batch?
