Wow - what a wiki!!

It's probably been mentioned / suggested ad nauseum by now, but I'd personally LOVE to see a period film - taken seriously of course, but drawing heavily from the original Bob Kane aesthetic.

Bring back the mystery, the grit, & the aura of The Bat persona. It'd work perfectly in an earlier place in time, where theatricality, true fear & deception, would capitalize on the naivety of a by gone era.

A period film would be cool, but what I would like to see is a Gotham by gaslight adaptation!

I think if they ixnayed the yellow circle around the Bat-symbol..
