Do you guys think that we will ever see the Batman/Superman movie that was hinted at by the billboard in the movie I am Legend?

I know at the time the movie came out the director said it had been a joke and that nothing was in the works, but I'm sure someone must have taken notice to the stir the billboard created among fans of both characters.

I'll just watch the animated movie WORLD'S FINEST. That was a great one. Don't think they'll ever have a live action one.

I actually assumed that by making that movie, the entire world's population was turned into dumb, snarling, pale morons, who eat each other because they can.

It would be a dumb move to exhaust two great properties in one film like that.

That would be like putting Predators and Alien........I've said too much.

I would rather see a live action Batman/Superman movie than another stand alone Batman flick.

I'd rather see another AvP flick then a Batman/Superman flick.

AvP is already dead....Batman is just coming back to life. HE STILL HAS A CHANCE DOCTOR!

Why not? As long as the story and the action are good, then what would be the problem? Batman and Superman have been working together in the comics since the 1950's, and they don't seem to be slowing down. Plus, it would be the perfect lead into a Justice League movie (which is gonna eventually be made, anyway.)

It was green-lit at one point but they went ahead with Superman Returns instead. I doubt it now - a Justice League movie is more likely.

I've just never been a fan of Supes w/ Bats. Each character is bound to sacrifice something for the sake of the other in a film.

However, I don't know why Hollywood hasn't gotten wise to the idea of working like comic titles do, where there is several different universes & continuities going at once. I was actually looking forward to George Miller's young JLA flick for that very reason.

It would be degrading to see an actor like Bale prancing around with Martian Manhunter and Flash.

I might be interested in something like this, but they absolutely could not do the typical "mistakenly think the other is up to no good, fight breaks out, they find out they misunderstood each other and have a common enemy, team up to take on Braniac, etc." story. I would refuse to even see that kind of thing.

If it was a "World's Finest" or "Brave and the Bold" type team-up, I might give it a look.

Even though we're gonna get heavy hitters like Downey, Norton and Jackson "prancing around" with Captain America and Thor in a couple of years? :D

Hey, I know. Don't even get me started on that damn Avengers project.

I'll be shocked if it even happens, but I'll be dually shocked if they somehow manage to prevent it from looking silly. Especially with all of that "prancing around" :lol

Well, those characters are less....erm, hard. If they add someone like say...The Stevenson Punisher...then i'd have an issue.

Hell no,dont mix those two!!!Just go on with AVP.Mixing 2 superheroes would be the worst thing they could possibly do.

Why not? Everybody seems pretty happy about the Batman Vs. Transformers trailer. Or whatever they're calling that.
