as divisive as it may be, I'm pretty sure Man of Steel is considered a "decent" movie.
Not by me it isn't

What do you expect Snyder to say?
Marvel films made zillions and are better than DC films? He has to pan the competition
This is incorrect, have you even been reading the new 52 and DCYou? It's as Superman as Superman can get, other than a very few early issues of the Superman run (which got a lot better fast) all the Superman series have a better representation of Superman than anything since the 90's and overall very close to the early Superman runs.
What do you expect Snyder to say? Marvel films made zillions and are better than DC films? He has to pan the competition and stir up some debate. Also he has to give Affleck's Batman more screen time. The majority of comic fans find Batman more interesting than Supes. And after Bale's Batman they have some explaining to do.
It doesn't seem like you have, at all, because, no offense, but you couldn't be more wrong.... HonestlyYes, I read it it... Out of Superman love,
... But I've been wondering why I do. I don't think I've liked a single issue since the reboot. As someone who grew up with the 70s Curt Swann and Chris Reeve Supes, the only think that makes this **** still Superman is the title on the cover.
So WB and DC gave up on the comic version and now this with the movie? By now, I'd rather they scrape it entirely, forget the Superman character and leave him in the limbo where they put it than defile it even more...
This. How are Marvel's good films? They make money, I'll grant you that, but except for a happy few, what I'd call them is entertaining! good? We certainly didn't watch the same movies!
Speaking of which, I still can't understand who's Guardians of The Galaxy could become such a hit. IMHO, one of the worst, cliched movie of those last few years...

This is when he was completely depowered, weak as a human:
Moments like these are all over all the series since the new 52, no, nobody has given up on Superman, no, Superman hasn't changed, he has been as in character as he's ever been since he was created, no exaggeration, of course you'll find the occasional brain fart that comes from having different writers, but nothing you wouldn't find in ANY age of comics.
This.
It was all hype man, even I ate it up, couldn't stand a second viewing though.

People give to much **** to JRJR but it's actually a nice and refreshing change of pace from most of the previous generic artists and his run has been very fun to read, I'd rather get several more issues from JRJR than getting another Jim Lee tbh.That...actually makes me want to read Romita and Johns' Supes before Truth...and the Greg Pak Action run.
That he's proud of his movie and excited for it to be released.
Only if he wants to come off as a loser who is all bark and no bite. I don't hear the Russo Bros saying "Our movie about heroes fighting is going to be so much better than their movie about heroes fighting!" They're just quietly going about their business because they know that "panning the competition" doesn't amount to jack squat if your movie isn't going to deliver. And if it does deliver, no reason to say anything. Just release it and let audiences go nuts.

Yeah you should, action comics has been consistently good throughout from Morrison to Pak.
I don't either. It was ok, but nothing I care to see again. My woman was bored watching it.
Winter Soldier? That was awesome.
