the vast majority of the mainstream liked it as much as any phase 1 MCU movie. Hell, it did better than any of them.

Ah, there it is. Now you're just being delirious. Avengers is phase 1 and MoS got nowhere close to it in box office or love. Maybe wherever you are it's a different situation.

All the mentions of Deadpool in the thread got me thinking about how all of this mess really got started.

I actually feel kind of bad that so much mud is being flung over this movie. I don't understand why, but yes, many do have an agenda or axe to grind over the movie.

Funny, when I was in my mid twenties, I started seeing a girl who was that age. I went to her dorm one night, and all I could think as I saw the parade of her other dormies, (well there were other thoughts) was that some of these girls really struck me as children, I felt really bad and left. Broke things off with her a few days later.

I wasn't legally wrong to date her, as she was legally an adult, but it still didn't feel right to me.

I'd definitely take MoS over Iron Man 2, Hulk and Thor. I still don't understand why Thor movies get love from fans. They are really really bad movies.
