I've never seen anyone want to see a movie fail as much as crows does BvS, or at the very least relish in its critical destruction. :lol

It is only because of the disappointment and total crushing of the hype.
I never wanted this to fail, i had a hope it was going to beat civil war. I expected a much better movie than mos
Or better than avengers. I thought i was going to have a good time. I had a depressing one

I just find it very amusing, it makes me laugh. I find enjoyment in seeing how bizarre this whole thing ended up being. Cant blame me for seeing the humor in the results of zack's dark project.
As well as the humor in the leaks and gossip behind wb and thw rumors.

If WB gave Nolan the chance to finish his vision of Batman, then leave Snyder alone.

Why does nolan have to do everything? His movies aren't anything special but thats my opnion, he made one good batman movie and one near perfect batman movie and other movies. Akira is a colorful and strange world. I don't want it looking like inception or tdkr... ugh:monkey3

Well, depending on how Blade Runner 2 turns out, I could see Villeneuve on it.

But Nolan supposedly already got Akira.

And there's nothing wrong with Akira looking like inception, just add more neon and futuristic structures.

Has Wan shown any interest? I'm just wondering if he's trying to make a power play for AKIRA by spreading these rumors about leaving Aquaman.

I'd want to see Wan tackle DC's horror. Etrigan the Demon or a House of Mystery anthology flick.

Find someway for him to adapt Swamp Thinks trek through hell.......

I don't know, but isn't Nolan like WB's favorite son and they'll do anything for him? If he wants to do Akira, I doubt they'll let anyone else do it
Hmmm, I think Wan has been more of a golden goose for WB. Nolan gets all the praise but Wan knocks these movies out rapidly with lower budgets and huge profits.

His style is very boring. I think the only people in Hollywood who understands anime are the wachowskis and del toro. Only thing is they don't execute it real well. Speed racer was dumb and pacific rim was good but the characters were awful. Nolan is this super realistic type guy whose movies look the same. Gotham in his movies was just another boring city.

Nope, his style is not boring at all, it's slick and stylish for urban landscapes and even space, which is perfect for Akira. I have some complaints with some of his movies, but cinematography isn't one of them.

The Wachowskis are a good choice but I doubt any studio will trust them with any big money movies anymore, and they're not very original when it comes to cinematography, it's just balls to the wall green screen, I've seen what they can do in that regard with Jupiter Ascending and Cloud Atlas.

And it would be another case of people not getting Akira, just like the Matrix sequels.

del Toro? I don't get why you think he understands anime, because of Pacific Rim? :lol Nah, he has a knack for certain types of Horror, he was up to adapt Domu, which was more up his alley, Akira? Nope.

Of these 3, Nolan is by far the better choice, and I'm not even a Nolan fan.
