There's a clear dichotomy between the 2 though, their motivations for acting are opposite, the fact that neither of them tells jokes isn't what makes a dichotomy.

And the lack of jokes or levity shouldn't be a qualitative indicator either.

If they cast a better Villian (Lex) movie would of been much better. Jesse Eisenberg rip off of Heath Ledgers Joker killed the movie.

As dumb and cheesy as that sounds, a light movie will put u in a good mood even if the movie is not that good.

I've come to realize Luthor was actually a very good cast and a well round up of all Luthor versions that most people forgot about, sure businessman Luthor is the most usual but it's not the only version there is.

Some I didn't care for like, "I figured, the cape?", but none of it is as bad as "quip quip amirite?"
