Well I hope Affleck doesn't bring his buddy into this one, I think he's a great actor but I don't see him as Aquaman at all.

Yeah, Damon for Aquaman's a no go, for me. I don't know, on one hand, his father was a fisherman from New England, so, I could see how he could be an American, but, on the other, he's the leader of a Kingdom; he should have a very authoritative and regal air about him, though, not inherently English. As much as I didn't care for the David design cues, I think The DCAU Justice League show nailed Arthur's demeanor.

Yeah if they reduce the "greatest" superhero team of all to an Affleck/Damon buddy vehicle that would greatly diminish it. Might as well add Jay and Silent Bob to the team while they're at it.

Ya dazzed and confused is a classic. Ben afleck is great in it as well. Nothing like a chubby out of shape before he was famous red neck looking afleck
