Massive Dune buggy vibe from this, I like it but it's not your typical Batmobile. Almost makes me think it's multipurpose and can go in water.

It's funny how the arkham suit became more nolanish looking now while the cinema is now going to the more classic aspects.

The Batmobile seems impractically unnecessarily broad... The tumblr had a validation for it, being both a tank and having the bat pod stashed inside it. But it looks like those front wheels reach a span broader than the tumblr's widest point...

I'm a huge fan of the Tumbler, but I don't think I need to see the Batmobile riding on roof tops anymore, i'm good.

The road is fine.

Oh, and "The Bat" = dumbest design ever

In almost every aspect I want to see a Batman that's more honed, fluid and aims his technology to enhance skill and dexterity. Batman is a ninja using tech, at most he's the iron man of DC in terms of technology usage. I want that Batman. A brilliant, strategic tech ninja.

Batman as veteran as this should have immense efficiency in everything he does and uses.


I liked the bat because I'm a sucker for anything with rotating blades that can hover and move in the air like an insect (I love helicopters). I loved the sound of the Bat as well.

I've enjoyed all version of Movie Batman, except Georgy Boy, but none of them came off as the smartest man in the room. Batman doesn't need Fox.

Batman is.... well Batman, Mr. Fantastic, Iron Man and Sherlock Holmes all in one.

I'm thinking that the new Alfred's main purpose, will be to keep the cold beers on stand by, & a towel handy for when Bruce is hard at work down in the cave.

Whether it's doing mechanical work on the car, or building a new gadget - 'a man's not a camel' (Aussie saying).

Well let's not get carried away. Maybe he's Sherlock Holmes and Iron Man in one, but Mr. Fantastic was creating new inventions that could solve world hunger, allow people to breathe underwater without scuba gear, create dimensions into other realities, destroy the universe, etc. Batman never did that. . .only thing Mr. Fantastic couldn't do was figure out how to turn Ben Grimm back into a human without it having some wacky side effects

So maybe the Tumbler was just the "shields" version of a Keaton like Batmobile and Nolan's Bruce was too dumb to figure out how to deactivate that mode?

Liking the pic of the Batmobile. Can't wait to see the full pic. I am liking the design choices they are making. Love seeing new interpretations of characters I love.

On a side note is anyone collecting the Eaglemoss Batmobiles? I am, I will need to go look through them and see if there are any comic versions similar to this or that could have been the inspiration.

Batman is the absolute limit of what a person can be without being a superhuman. He's olympian physically talented and Sherlockian mentally capable + bilions of dollars + the best motivation ever.

The only thing that can stop Batman is a MacGuffin.
