Gotta be old. Yeah, ive seen that weird flash too. I've seen different colors and it's pretty odd when it happens. It's so fast, it doesn't make it unplayable, but annoying for sure. I also saw a guy go through the ground. He was crawling along and then just clipped right through the ground hehe. Now thats good cover!

The sprint bug is particularly annoying. When you try to sprint but end up walking and have to stop and then try to sprint again before your guy will run. Hard to explain until you try it.

All these issues and I still love it

It is true about the CB map, it did leak really quick then was closed again but many folks played it

People on the PC are still playing the CB map I think. I haven't heard anything about a console map being released though. Please, EA!

I believe the leak was for PC and not the consoles, but it closed up again and went private again just for EA testers.

That map looks awesome in typical BF fashion

BF3 Beta runs great on my mid tier rig, it was on High mostly off the bat from detection. Runs good in 40's to 60's

Indeed. Metro is almost unanimously disliked (I think it's mostly because it's rush only though) so maybe they'll hear this and give us another map. I actually enjoy rush mode, but this map...ugh. The third base has an m-com that is almost impossible to attack if the defenders are even remotely competent. You have to either go up the middle through a big open lobby or through a narrow corridor. Both are death traps. I got a ton of points defending that thing hehe, but. Couldn't help but feel sorry for the attackers. They were trying, but that layout heavily favors the defenders. The whole map does IMO.

No doubt. It's most definitely a love/hate thing for me too. I. Trying to resist playing it too much but Im sure I'll end up playing the crap out of it.

I was a huge PC FPS player back in the day (go Counterstrike, Half Life 1, Team Fortress, BF), finally gave up on the PC upgrade game.

KB/M do kick ass but i'm just a lazy slug now with my Xbox controller and couch

I love it though, what I give up in accuracy I more than make up for it in comfort and savings!

Graphics are amazing. Gameplay is amazing. Gun are amazing.

The only issues ive run into is that the sound drops out every once in a while. Sometime you can't run, and sometimes you'll die by someone with 0% health.

Thats it, otherwise to me it plays a lot like BC2.

Well, now. Can get onto the servers, but it boots me before I can join a game. I wonder how long it'll be before this game cane be played properly. I think it took them two or three weeks to make BC2 playable for me.

This has nothing to do with the beta code. It's EAs servers. They suck as much now as the always have. At least for me. I've never had a smooth ride when I pick up a new release EA title because they don't improve their servers until they have to.

I love both of my xbox and ps3 but man !!

BF3 looks like complete crap on them.

I am so glad I am playing the game on launch on pc.
I dont care if i have to pay 1800 for a new pc.
I want to play this game in all its glory.

The beta on pc looks 10000000000 better then the consoles.
I mean they dont even try to run the game at a decent rez.
looks to me like 480i TERRIBLE !
