I got my signed version and I'm extremely happy! Only 250 in the world will own this piece. Kinda awesome if you think about it!

Interestingly there is no picture of the autographed plaque this time, unless I've missed it, possibly to prevent the dissapointment felt when Matt's autograph looked nothing like the one in the photo, I've checked DT's online and it does look like it should be better, time will tell, no pun intended.

Was a bit sad that it's going to be 3rd Quarter before he comes out. Not surprising, but I'd hope with the wait and delay for pre-orders that maybe they were further along with him. So... I wonder if there's any hope for 4th in 2013 too? One Doctor a year would be a depressing release schedule! Though I fully understand the financial realities of it.

Signed edition sorted out - so looking forward to that. I have had the signed Amy sorted out for ever tho!! hahaha!! Expecting that one in a few weeks.
Then maybe August / September for 10. This figure does look cool.

Perhaps that is one of the things to get done in the intervening 8-9 months. We wrote to DT via the Dr. Who BBC production office, and he sent us three...THREE...personalised autographs, one each and a letter of apology for the delay!

As I did with Matt's, I could put it up if people would like to see and compare...?

I got a signed edition it was a nightmare took me ages. i was stood outside the Cinema Store in London franticaly refreshing the page on my phone.

That was very good of him splendid chap, as long as we get a genuine autograph from the actor in question, it's all golden.

hiya guys!! dead interested in this figure as I love DT. I had my heart set on the signature edition but as everybody probs knows, it has long sold out. Do ya reckon if anyone else will sell one? or if anyone had one theyd be interested in selling? Obviously its not been released yet but I would love to secure one. Cheers!!

That must have been nerve racking. I was comfortably sitting on my couch on an iPad watching pages freeze, web sites not open.. I was all :panic:

So I sent all the data through to my dad (in Scotland) ad it was ultimately through using his computer that I got all worked out.
Based upon the time the thing sold out, I got in just in the nick of time.

Looking forward to this stunning figure arriving later in the year. And I'll no doubt go for the next version next year a well.

Hello fellow collectors,

I placed an order for “Tenth Doctor 50th Anniversary Limited Edition” on Jan 25th at about 1am in the morning as I returned late from a busineness trip abroad. Last week I received their newsletter mentioning about the preorder. I checked the website because of curiosity and noticed “Please select the "Dynamix Prints / Pre-orders - Free" shipping option at Checkout”. I think since the time I placed this order was late I did not focus on this big detail. I tried to contact with them on Jan 30th through their "support" e-mail account for a confirmation if they could see the shipping amount payment. I have not received a reply to that e-mail . I sent another e-mail yesterday morning from my another e-mail adding every e-mail account in their "contact us" page. Unfortunately, I have not received a reply to this e-mail as well. They do not also have a telephone number in their web page to call. Does anyone know how to make a contact with them?

Thanks in advance for your assistance...

BC is a small operation currently so it takes them a little bit longer to respond. Yesterday morning is not all that long ago. Give them a bit of a chance to respond. In the meantime go to the main Big Chief thread here or message them on facebook.

If I've read it right free shipping applies to the UK pre-orders only, so as long as you are in the UK, you should be ok.

I think everyone was supposed to select free shipping on the pre-order because they aren't shipping you anything and you'll be charged the actual shipping when it ships.

Oh cool! Am I getting free shipping and was there any other option I could have accidentally chosen?

Jeez, that hour spent trying to order was one of the worst hours of my life, I've no idea what option I chose. I was too busy trying not to buy three signed editions and then trying unsuccessfully to buy one.

Thanks for your replies.

I made the mistake not to read the following payment info in the order page but placed the order in a hurry. I am not in the UK so I will anyhow pay the shipment cost.

My main concern is how they store the preorder infromation. Do they just store the info as deposit paid or do they store also the overall amount paid while preordering? If the first one is the case then I wanted them to know the additional amount I paid. If the latter one is the case, then I have no question to ask. They will deduct what I paid already and ask for the rest of the payment.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: At this time we are only taking deposit payments to secure your order. When the item comes into stock we will process your order and send out your invoice for the balance payment including shipping costs. Once your balance payment has cleared we will ship your figure out to you. Our estimated shipping date is July 2013, which may be subject to change. We are working together with our vendors to ensure that our shipping dates are met.

Just as Jon said, there is no free shipping on the item. You aren't paying shipping for your deposit payment, but you will when it comes to the full amount.
