From what I've read, the PC version has much better graphics. More of a disparity than usual between console and PC.

360. The PS3 version won't look any better. Unless its an exclusive title, they never do.

Wow the graphics are horrible. Textures are so bad. Looks worse than the first Bioshock.

That's why it looks like crap. It won't give you that same WOW factor the first bioshock did, in it's confined small places with art deco visuals.
This game opens wide up, is in the daylight, and is art nouveau style.

They had to really tone down the detail and textures to work on console.

Mines on its way, should get here tommorow . The graphics not being amazing doesn't bother im sure it will play great and the story will drag you in. i never expected crysis 3 graphics for this anyway. Im sure there will be graphic comparison videos up tommorow anyway there always bloody is.

I just remembered I've got $20 in Best Buy rewards. Those add up fast as hell if you do the daily (I think?) poll questions on their site. So since I wasn't too into the Collector's editions, getting this for $40 will be just fine for me.

Regarding graphics - even if they are on par with Bioshocks 1 and 2, I'll be fine with that. While those games still look fantastic, it's the atmosphere, attention to detail, and overall vibe that really sells it for me.

I am going in with very cautious expectations. Bioshock was a life altering event for me, when it comes to video games. Going into Infinite, expecting the same, is setting it up for disappointment. Could it give me a similar reaction? I sure hope so. But I'm not going to fault a possibly amazing game for not being the same as Bioshock.

As far as PC, it looks amazing.

New NVIDIA drivers optimized for this game have just been released, for Nvidia owners. Also gives a boost in Tomb Raider too.

my buddy has the 360 version and it looked really nice to me.

I got it free with my pc graphics card and it's pre-loaded and ready for release date via Steam.

Well let's be realistic the consoles have come pretty much their Peak potential. This game is designed for new generation of graphics.

Midnight launch for me, haven't done a midnight launch in a bout 5 years. This is the game I've been most looking forward to.

We get it...graphics look better on pc. I'm really tired of constantly seeing this discussed over and over and over. I just want to read about the game in the game thread. If I wanted to continually read about the pros of pc gaming, I would be reading the pc gaming thread.

Do we need to get upset about it every time it's discussed? We get it. You don't like it being discussed, but there happens to be PC gamers on here who like talking about this stuff. This thread is about a game, not a particular version of it. PC gaming talk isn't exclusive to the PC Gaming thread.

It will definitely look good on consoles. I'm looking forward to this one too. I loved the first one, but the second felt tired to me. This is more like the true sequel in my mind. I will miss that creepy underwater city vibe though.
