Awesome!!

I hope that bodes well for Booker. Randy was saying sales for Liz and BoS picked up once the game came out.

I don't even collect small figs anymore, but had to pick up the first two just to support the license.

As nice as this looks I can't help but wonder what a company like ThreeA would do with this, steampunk terminator Washington seems right up their alley.
But who knows, with the Halo, Valve and Lost Planet licenses under their belt they might snag the bioshock one as well, a man can always dream.

Beat it tonight on 1999 mode without using a dollar bending machine. There are parts that will wear you down. However, the final battle isn't bad at all if you cover that thing with return to sender. Only gotta pick up four achievements and I'm perfect for this one.

Yeah, that's what I did - just cover the thing with Return traps, and the rest was just cleanup.

The only part I had some real issues with was the Handyman at Fink Manufacturing, because my upgrades didn't help at all for him.

Now I'm 1Ked, and looking forward to DLC.

The handymen and the mom were the hardest parts for me as well.

Pre orders are up for the motorized patriot on BBTS, looks like its an august release.

This would probably be my first sideshow purchase in years if they made a PF of this.

A not for anyone playing on hard or 1999 mode. If you face a handyman and you can run around without dying doing so will cause them to die. I did that at one point near the end and he just dropped dead.

The mom jacked me up the first few times I player her. Then I actually figured out how to use Charge (I wasn't holding it down long enough, apparently), and after that, she wasn't bad at all.

I tried that but wasn't successful. What I did was just be very patient in that last battle sniping her from a distance with a beefed up sniper.

Interesting.......

Great tips...I'll have to remember those when I try 1999.

Those will help for sure. Just be patient. If you take your time you can do it. Also, make sure you at the end you cover the power deal with the rerun to sender bombs. It should guarantee you can complete it.

It's actually easier than I expected. You should be able to do it easy Jen.

I just returned this game after renting it. Played it for maybe 4-5 hours and was very impressed. The gameworld seems huge, I think I'm gonna pick this one up as the story seems interesting as well.

:yess: I still haven't played on hard...I may just jump straight to 1999 and give it a go this week.

Congrats on getting your achievements Josh! :duff

I know what The Josh meant, but just so there's no confusion - for Lady Comstock, don't take your time. Kit out your gear with whatever you have that benefits melee, and as soon as you can, rev up your charge, hit her, then go wild with melee. Repeat for about twenty seconds, and that's a wrap.

If you have the upgrade that makes you invulnerable after a charge, that'll help a lot.

In general with the game on that difficulty is what I meant. The last time you face her that's what I'd suggest though. Beef up your sniper and you can take her out pretty quickly and your less likely to use up those precious deaths that my come later. I tried the other way and it didn't work for me with so many guys who protect her.

going to start 1999 mode sometime this week. I mostly used my handcannon which was fully kitted out and possession vigor for my first playthrough any good tips Josh?

Go back and read a couple I've already mentioned. Some other is I'd beef up damage for the machine gun, carbine, pistol, and shotgun. I'd also rely on shock jockey, fire kiss, possession (just a little), and at the end return to sender to cover the energy tank. Between these and a couple I've mentioned you should be ok.

One final thing when you're going through the nut house try to creep buy all the guys with the presidents heads. That's much easier than fighting them.

Just picked this up today- going in cold other than having played the original Bioshock (not part2)...

Is the Season pass worth it? Is there a link that shows whats included, in detail?

Thanks
