Didn't mean to start a panic here :rotfl
Was just trying to get some initial calculations going.

What we don't know is if Blitzway has some sort of business account with the shipping companies they are mentioning that entitles them to discounts of some type. who knows at this stage!

Blitzway is actually in Korea not Hong Kong. After looking at the pictures over and over again, they actually are not bad. The face is not spot on, but not bad either. Or maybe I just brainwashed myself into thinking that. :D

Whoops ....I'm so used to everything coming out of Hong Kong.....

Well where does it ship from? I seriously doubt it would be more than $100 max from America, if it's Asia it will be cheaper than that.

It can't be that heavy, not as heavy as some SS pieces I've had (although they do get cheaper rates). .

They have the weight listed on the Blitzway website at 14Kg. That is a HEAVY weight to ship. And the box dimensions are HUGE as well ...so volume isn't helping us :D

Sideshow charge about $70+ for a 1/4 statue to Melbourne.
Most Sideshow statues are around 7kg so we're talking literally double the weight here!

And Sideshow do have accounts/deals with the shipping company that allow them to ship at better prices than standard.

I'm quite critical of statue's but this one is special.

Base is unique, the pose is simple and the paint looks like possibly the best job I've seen on a human figure.

The largest statue I have ship from Hong Kong is the dr. Doom pf, it cost me $200 , but is express shipping .

It am amazed that everyone here is surprized buy the high price, i told u guys it would cost a few hundred to ship.

This might seem out of the realm of possibility, but it's a couple hundred to ship one.... I bet it's only 500 to ship 10 or 20 of them.

You might be right. If Arnie has had some type of work on each and every one, then you know the QC is going to be sick.

Let's hope the production piece is as good.

I'll be honest I wouldn't have chosen this film. Probably ETD or WOD

So the "Buy It Now" on their website really meant "Look For It Now"?

nice to see you guys ''honestly expressing yourselves'' :rotfl.seriously $200-$300 shipping is kinda ridiculous.and you can add some form of import duties onto that,no doubt.it's possible this could turn out to be a $1000 statue all in:thud:

You "buy it now" and have to wait god knows how long for your order to trickle down to a regional dealer? That's horrible.

Received an extra pic yesterday, but I was out of town so posting it up now-

It was taken while Arnie was painting the proto!

This one is the best Bruce Lee ever if the final product is like these pictures. Polystone material and 1/3 scale are the right decissions. After Enterbay sucks 1/4 scale plastic dolls that one is a diamond. Thanks blitzway :clap
