Capt one comes across as an hour and half montage to me. Idk

This movie may make me buy some MCU dolls.

I can't get over Vision and BP.

Capten!

**** that accent was cool, and then the bullets bouncing off of his vibranium suit.

And that final moment in the snow, daaaamn.

I need to watch it again asap.

Yep, as a big Black Panther fan, I was overjoyed with the attention and respect they gave him. Now all I need is for them to introduce Namor as the villain of the second BP film, and then give us a Black Panther/Namor movie. And then a Doom/Namor movie. And then an Illuminati movie. And then a Cabal movie... What can I say, I love Marvel's Kings!

As for the dollies, I'm broke AF at this point, but I may try and buy the Batfleck and Panther ones.

I'd also say that TFA had a mediocre director, Joe Johnston. While he had some past classics (Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, The Rocketeer) and a history as a visual effects and art director, he was doing average work at best by late 1990's and 2000's. Jurassic Park III wasn't all that great...

He knocked it out of the park with the first-half of TFA, but stumbled to really define Steve Rogers as Cap.

Thankfully, the Russo's succeeded where both he and Whedon struggled. Cap really came into his own in 'The Winter Soldier' and it helped define the character for MCU Phase 2 and beyond.

I've saved up a couple pesos for this movie season :lol dollies are included in the budget so I'm covered, but I won't be able to get everything, I have to pick wisely. I didn't consider any MCU figures but I'm gonna try to fit them in.

At the very least I'll sneak a SHF Vision figure just so I can put him on a regular suit.

Oh, and here's something on BW: https://www.comicbookmovie.com/black_widow/kevin-feige-confirms-that-marvel-is-committing-to-a-standalone-black-a141377

Just give me a Bucky/BW movie ala Brubaker's WS and the most recent Pre-ANAD BW run, and I'll be happy.

That's cool, I don't care about BW at all, but with WS? That sounds interesting.

I always advocated that they need to do an "Avengers: Black Ops" movie featuring the more military-background characters like Black Widow, Hawkeye and Winter Soldier.

Hopefully this would be a prequel to illustrate more of Black Widow's background and history with Hawkeye and the Winter Soldier.

For me, TFA is one of the best MCU films, but I will agree that I would've liked to have seen more of his WW2 adventures. Honestly, an Invaders prequel wouldn't be so bad. Bucky, Cap, the Human Torch, Union Jack and Namor plus the Howling Commandos (you can add Nick Fury Sr. in there, and have Sam Jackson Fury be his son) versus the Super-Axis would be damn great.
Absolutely. They could make a TV show out of WWII Cap's adventures.
The only thing I still don't like about TFA is the lack screen time for villains. It needed more Red Skull and Zola.

I want a figure of Vision in regular clothes dammit! :cuss
He's adorable. :lol

I tried saving myself, but between the economy here and my comic pull, most of my cash goes there. I spent 400 euros on a couple of comics and 2 minimate waves just last month! Not to mention that the 1/6th suff have been getting pricier and pricier. But I will try and fit T'Challa and Batlfeck into my "spending program".

Personally I like the Widow. She's my second favourite female heroine, behind Emma Frost. She's not cracking my Top 10 anytime soon, but I like her well enough. But a Winter Solider/Black Widow movie would be damn great.

I would love a Secret Avengers movie. Have characters like War Machine, Black Widow and the like take center stage, while making the movie something like Metal Gear Solid. I'd pay good money to see that.

Word. Weaving was perfect for the Skull, but he was wasted. But in all honesty, I just want to see the OG Atlantean King/Anti-Hero. Lots of people **** on Namor, but he's one of the most important comic book characters ever created. And personally, I much prefer him to Aquaman. Anyway, an Invaders film would've been great. You could even go as far as to include the Golden Age Vision in there.

I think you (and some others) need to stop looking at the movies in the context of their Marvel comics' story-line counterparts. Feige himself even said that the movie sub-titles are just borrowing the title and small elements of the comic stories and there is still to be little correlation between the two.

They aren't meant to be direct adaptions.

They couldn't if they wanted to...The rights to FF, X-Men and their off shoots are with another studio

Deleted my post - meant to put it in spoilers, not quotes, then mucked it up. lol

That's what I'm saying though. Falcon would have dropped and had it worse than Rhodey.

One thing unclear to me, does Spiderman have powers, like spidey sense and all, or is he just like some wiz kid who created webbing and all? It seems like his powers are tech, not biological.
