Hmmmmm.... "They", huh?

I have to give it to Marvel Studios and the hard work that they’ve put into their cinematic universe over the years. I’ve found the trailers for this to be lackluster and the star’s asinine comments have soured me a bit, but in spite of all that I do still have some interest in seeing this. And that’s because of all the goodwill Marvel has built over the last decade plus making quality movies. The idea that this movie will probably have implications in “End Game” has me at least debating to go see this movie.

They could just watch Jurassic Park (1993) or perhaps a little film called Pulp Fiction (1994) to see what SLJ looked like in the 90's. But maybe no one saw those old movies.

Your right Wor-Gar those are obscure movies you mentioned. You know everybody saw Amos and Andrew as it should have won an Oscar when it came out.

You bunch of nerds arguing over a CGI Jackson. Why does Nick Fury need to look like SLJ from the 90's anyway? They're technically two different people.

Now if you all excuse me, I'm going to go play with new Mafex Spiderman like a normal 21 century male adult.

Because they used Less than Zero’s RDJ set in the 80’s? Makes perfect sense but Hey actors change their appearance every six months, plus i like de aging actors, except how they did it for Johnny Depp in the last POTC, but Hey you can’t win them all
Pretty sure the de-age guys got confused and think SLJ is Dennis Haysbert from the Allstate commercials who asks: "Are you in good hands?"

All those people you mentioned faced repercussions for their actions.

So, it’s only fair that Ms. Larson catch some crap for her dumb statement’s.

Her comments are not crimes....and you sidestepped the actual question.

So if Disney were to publicly punish her for what she said (even thou its not a crime) you would then go see the film???

LOL

No one said it was a crime or that legal action should be taken. I can answer that if Disney did "punish" her it would not change my ming about seeing it. I have no desire to financially support a film by someone who publicly says my opinions are essentially irrelevant. I wish she wasn't in End Game, but she is so I have to deal with that and hope her part is relatively minor.

So curious?

If she make her feeling known around Endgame and references that film as a powerhouse film for women, you will boycott that as well?

And Scar Jo and a bunch of the other ladies chime in on that also?

No, because EG isn't a BL film. She's a minor part of an ensemble cast. I said I wish she wasn't in it, but I have to deal with it. CM is a BL film. She's THE star of the film. I had every intention of seeing it in the theater, but her comments are enough to keep me from supporting her film.

I don't "boycott" everything based on a stars comments because if I did I would not see many films, but when one displays racist misandry against what I am then why support her film?

I never said her comments were crimes. And Yes, I sidestepped your attempt to cloud the issue. People in films are not saints, some of them do very bad things., and all the people you mention paid a price for what they did. The issue with Ms. Larson is that she is using the film’s promotional campaign as a platform to push her activism. Chris Evans and Mark Ruffalo are both far left politically, but they don’t use the MCU to push their ideology.

So if Disney were to publicly punish her for what she said (even thou its not a crime) you would then go see the film???
I wouldn’t want Disney to punish her in any way. Unlike SJW’s I believe in free speech. I think the more She runs off at the mouth the more she shows what a sexist, racist, hateful and truly unlikable person she really is. The public will decide her fate with their wallets and pocket books

Brie Larson is only part of the problem I have with this film. As I stated earlier, I think CM is a terrible character that is undeserving the title “Earth’s Mightiest Hero”. Also, the vibe coming from Disney and the media is that you must like this movie, or you are a garbage person. So this is a pass for me.

I can't tell if people are joking or if there are really this many insecure men on this board.
