I took at it as a sign of progress that you really are finished with them.
Thanks Pixletwin! Me too!

I need to quit fast food and soda. I think these can be just as addicting as cigs. I wouldn't know first hand because I have never been addicted to smoking....
...but I still love a good hamburger.
Fastfood is my biggest weakness. Being single ( and happy ) I don't go home and make a big mess cooking a dinner for myself. It's so much faster and a lot more easy to swing through a drive though.

My weaknesses are Mexican food and Hamburgers... But since I cut that stuff out of my diet (2 months ago today) I have lost 33 lbs!!!

That is incredible. Did you do anything else, like exercise or cut out any other foods?
I run everynight as well.

Was that something you always did or did you start that when you quit MExican food and burgers? Just trying to figure out how effective things are. I have to start making a life change soon.
Started with the new diet. Putting myself through fat boot camp.
That's awesome BM. I have never smoked and never seen the attraction for people to start. It's great you were able to give it up. More money for collectibles and better health!
I have been a smoker for 32 years...
I would not want to be your lungs!
Just giving you a hard time. I just don't and never will "get it". It costs money, can give you cancer, stinks, causes tons of litter because most people refuse to use their ash trays, gives you yellow teeth.....just to name a few. What a great habbit.
I never said I was proud of it...
You've got to understand one thing though, it was a different time and place 30+ years ago and it is a hard habit to break... but I am slowly working on it.
