Love these classic characters as customs. I have some great Stooges sculpts that need shrunk down a bit. I've never had any luck with casting stuff though.

That's a great picture! Thanks for posting it...I never really thought about whether they paled around together, but they must have.

Regarding Hope and Crosby, although I saw their Road pictures as a kid, I was amused by them, but not really to the point of laughing. One exception was in Road to Rio (?) I believe, where they were in a stage show and were replaced by three South American entertainers who knew no English except "you're in the groove Jackson" and "You're telling me". I enjoyed that one...

I never really thought of Hope and Crosby as a team, but rather as two entertainers (who were friends) that teamed up occasionally. I guess because they did so much separately and were stars in their own right, I thought of their teaming as a little different than Stan and Ollie, or Bud and Lou. I thought of picking up that Hasbro figure of Hope but I don't think I will go down the "road" (pardon the pun) of putting together figures of both of them...I'll also add "never say never" though . How about you?

Now this is going to be good! I, for one, can't wait to see Dino and Jerry!

Although I was never a huge fan, I really appreciate their work together as a team. I loved them as a kid but it doesn't take too many years of growing up to outgrow Jerry's antics.

I can appreciate Jerry's work as a director and his invention of the video assist which was used for decades by all directors until the advent of Digital film making.

I also admire him for the years he spent as MDA's chairman and host of the telethon. What a raw deal he got when they parted ways.

I know he is a difficult man to work with, so you have to give Dean a great deal of credit for hanging in as long as he did.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what you are planning for them...

Here's a pic of the sculpts I want to shrink or have someone shrink to 1:6 scale. They were some cloth collector dolls I found on eBay cheap. The condition of them is pretty bad, but all I wanted them for is the heads. I think they are very good sculpts of " the boys."

Thanks MC...those are very good likenesses. I believe I have seen 10 1/2 inch dolls online with those same likenesses so that might be a route for you to take. Also, Peter the Painter has done some excellent likenesses of the Stooges recently...PM him directly to find out more...
