Yeah, the cartoons are classics and what made I would say many of us Joe fans.
I often just go to yojoe.com or peruse my copy of "The Ultimate Guide to GI Joe: 1982-1994" and then relay information as if its off the top of my head. True story.
I agree about Firefly needing to be old-school. As for the cartoon vs. comic--you must pick a side!
That said, The toon was like a gateway to the comics which I learned to appreciate later on in life, but it began with the toon and that theme song

Yes, but less demand probably means lower edition sizes for future pieces. Meaning less profit. Meaning less incentive to do these at all. Plus, less demand means more stock not being sold by outside retailers, meaning less of that being ordered in the future from their perspective.A sellout in two months is just as profitable to Sideshow as a sellout in two minutes.
