Ive made an account with CSC before, but ive never bought from them . I dont think ive left any debit card information on file either cause there is nothing in my account with my information in it. Am I in the clear?

As long as you never gave them any CC info, you should be ok...but whatever info you did give them is probably hacked. They still don't know how much access the hackers had...they just know they got in through an overlooked payment portal. They did apparently have access to names, addresses, cc numbers and email addys.:monkey2 Supposedly the system is completly locked down with NO remote access whatsoever even from admin. Thats the latest from one of the guys who works there as of two days ago. Haven't heard if any new orders are getting hacked or not.

I never have ordered from CSC, and thankfully due to these types of threads won't have to. :horror
 
I read somewhere that Visa would only compensate the Heartland issues until mid May.
I think that's ridiculous concerning how charges are still coming up.

Just got 3 letters about subscriptions to ^^^^. The monther^^^^ers made up an email to. [email protected] bunch of losers man!!!!

For me, they created a new email address that was 2 numbers off from mine. I've tried contacting Gmail to shut them down but no response has been sent. All in all, I'm just glad that my CC caught the charges and shut the card off right away...
 
I just had a second card hit for over $600 in charges, and it was never used at CSC. I am not going to start the same old argument again, but I am emailing multiple 1/6 retailers and asking them to confirm if they are a customer of Heartland processing.

I'm curious too. I've been beating the dead horse about other companies possibly having issues, but evidently some people just don't care. If we know what other companies might have issues, we can be careful shopping with them too.
