Thank you very much for that link! That, in all likelihood, is where I was exposed. I literally placed an order with forbiddenplanet.co.uk an hour, maybe 2 hours, before the illegal transaction was made. Guess I'm done with that site.

No problems. I got hit a month or so ago and luckily my bank was on the ball and stopped the transactions and cancelled my credit card, I could have been hit for over 600 euros. I have got a new card and I won't be using that site again. Cheers

Put the items you received back in your mail box marked "Return to Sender". Don't toss em out, just return them. This way they won't send you a bill for the items assuming you wanted and received them.

Make sure you also call them to cancel any memberships. Also i might suggest getting a police report, this way if months from now you get an invoice you can send them a copy of your report stating there was ID Fraud. !st rule if you get an item you did not order from the mail, Dont Open IT !! just return to sender..

I think the troubles with CSC are over now. My card was charged a few weeks back for the HT Iron Man and so far my card is still safe. Regardless, I'm using Paypal for wherever I go from now on.

I hate to dig this thread up, but I'm reading on another board that CSC might be having problems again. Ugh. If I have to get another card again, and possibly interfer with my PZ EX PF order I'll be through with CSC for good. Hopefully its just a false alarm, but who knows anymore?

Exactly. Its not my fault if I order through one of their OFFICAL dealers and that dealer's site is hacked (again) and my credit card is stolen.

Thankfully, that hasn't happened (yet?) so I'm still OK. But I'm going to be watching my account like hawk again. Ugh.

I too think that way. I mean, that I think everyone should look like their avatar does. Well, at least the human avatars.


The new SS policy is refering to the Patient Zero PF. If your card declines for whatever reason, your order is CANCELED on the spot and a wait list member is contact. No second chances. No fixing the problem. Just SOL.
