Eddie becomes reverse flash after losing Iris to Barry(not entirely sure how he becomes RF though)
Eddie tries to stop Wells from killing Barry's mother thinking that if it never happens Barry and Iris never fall in love
Wells kills her anyways as Eddie is unable to stop him(that would explain the 2 speedsters being there)
Eddie unloads on Wells in anger

I imagine he needed it so he could travel through time in the first place. The effect happens before the cause, like John Connor sending Kyle Reese back in time who then sleeps with Sarah Connor and conceives John. If Reverse Flash has the device in the future and doesn't go back to steal it and give it to Wells in the present, then he won't have it in the future to be able to go back and steal it.

The other one is future Flash. I'm sure that will eventually play into a version of the Flashpoint storyline.

That's a good theory, I thought that too, but after seeing the tachyon vest Wells put on the yellow suit that gave it a red glow, I don't know what to think anymore.

I'm enjoying the hell out of this show. I didn't think I'd like it much but it really has me anxiously waiting for new episodes. My 2 boys are also loving the show. It's fun being able to watch it with them.

That was such a great episode! I must say that I'm not a DC guy at all beyond what I've seen in the movies and some TV shows (Smallville, Arrow) and some Justice League cartoons, and some comics when I was a young kid in the late 70s. So I'm really confused by the whole reverse Flash and Dr. Wells or Eddie. It's interesting to read all the comments here.

I have to agree that it's the best comic book show on TV right now. I like it better than Arrow (although I like that one too), and much better than Shield which I am *this* close to dropping.

As far as the device Dr. Wells was attaching to the suit, I thought he was giving the power to the suit, so whoever wears it, has the speed power.

That was defn the best episode so far. I think it's always been so obvious wells was reverse flash, this episode just made things confusing, like how could he beat himself up? So many questions now....

I am surprised Barry told iris he loved her already, I expected that wouldn't happen for a couple of seasons, but maybe that will conclude the cheesy flash meetings in the future . I could see him and Caitlin hooking up in the future.

Yeah, he needs to get with Caitlin. Iris is too annoying. And over on Arrow, Oliver needs to let go of Felicity. They have like 0 chemistry.
