Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

Leadger didn't commit suicide as far I can tell...he died from using drugs..the same ones he probably used countless times.
You eventually get caught out with drugs.

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

Quick review of Suicide Squad, as I went to a midnight screening in Australia...
A just barely OK, disappointing, uneven mess.
Dialogue wasn't great, bordering on atrocious at times...plenty of jokes fall flat... And Harley was responsible for most of these.
The first half hour is breakneck before pretty much hitting the breaks with a strange second half of what feels like just wandering around... Hence the uneven feel I described...
The action and fight scenes were good, but too few.
Villain was underwhelming.
Smith, Robbie, Davis and Courtenay were the best of the bunch. Leto was great as a creepy, madly in love Joker. It is an astonishingly limited role though...
Unexpected death(s), yes deaths, were a surprise.
Having said that, there were next to no surprises at all.
Costumes and music were terrific.
Batman was a nice touch... But really wouldn't have missed him had he been omitted.
The cast did their best with the material, with no real weak link except perhaps El Diablo if I had to choose...

It's the net...a lot of inappropriate ****...nothing sacred anymore.

And you contradict yourself by bypassing the language filter.

from drugs... that his doctor gave him for being sick. this fact never gets mentioned when people talk about Ledger's death. he was filming a few movies at the time- stressed outta his ****ing mind and took the wrong pills together.

It wasn't a suicide, it was an accident.

When people consider or even went as far committing suicide, I honestly believe they are sick / depressed and really need help.

I don't think it's something to joke about, even if they are celebrities, they are still human first and foremost.

I had someone very dear to me commit suicide, so different strokes for different folks. If I knew it was going to get this reaction I wouldn't of posted it. So if you feel that strongly about it, just delete it.

OMG Chris Benoit. That was a horrible situation. ugh

And Vince deleted him from history.

You know, whenever I hear about troubled productions, I can't help but look back on Iron Man. Apparently, there were money problems, the script kept changing, heck, they even improvised certain lines. And yet, it turned out to be, well, "Iron Man".

Oh, and...
