she takes the choker off because she thinks joker is dead, same with her "property of joker" jacket. she has knee jerk reactions, you can tell Harley loves Joker more then Joker loves her. he ditches her and leaves her for dead when they crash the lambo, joker almost leaves her at ACE, the only reason he wants her back is because she is his. same as in the animated series.
deadshot practicing hugs after saying "I'm not a hug guy" would be weird if he's still doing it in his cell months later. all the events were fresh in that scene. now maybe if Joker straight up dragged her out of the cell, instead of kissing her at the end. that could have worked.
Fits totally in line with Harley from the Animated Series. She'll have a knee-jerk reaction against him, then when he comes crawling back later she always goes back. That is what battered women often do. And it does seem like it was weeks or months later in the prison scene.
