Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

:lol :lol

People are acting as if this is the first time a movie has been manipulated by the official director, official editor, silent director, silent editor, writers, producers and studio execs. :lol

The movie for me was seamless, nothing stuck out in a "AHA, GOTCHYA" moment where the plot or tone suddenly hit a wall and turned into a different movie.

Thought there were a couple of jarring moments, the main one being the big "reveal" where the top secret file was thrown down. And.. Um.. Nothing new was revealed. They bizzarely showed the same piece of the film again from earlier without any further discussion. Then everyone just continued. Very odd.

But as I said i thought the high points of the movie balanced out the low.
I was entertained.

Probs makes up about 1% of the total audience.

It's the only thing I have to gauge it, the scores are on par with or less than MOS, And BvS

I'll go even further. It was better than TDK.

I'm starting to think WB is indoctrinating the audience somehow.

I was going to bring that up, the flash back that showed us an earlier part of the movie and nothing was revealed, I actually laughed out loud when that happened.

The secret file was another horrible one as well.

Who is the kid with the red hair in the gifs that everyone keeps posting?

Last week it was Chucky from child's play, this week, this kid.

Yup

BvS - 6.9
MOS - 7.2
IM3 - 7.2
X-Men Apoc - 7.3
Age of Ultron - 7.5

I don't consider any of these movies to be good and Suicide Squad this early is already a 7.0, it's mostly likely going to drop down to a 6.7 (X-Men origins rating) in a few months.

**** where have I been? :lol I thought that show got canned after the first season.

:lol

Knah, the first season is actually pretty good, the second season dropped me in the second half though, haven't returned since.

The first season is not as cheesy as the second, it's like a pulp detective show.

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

We're all getting so hyped for Affleck's solo outing, but watch it be a post Suicide Squad/Justice League movie where he teams up with Will Smith or some ****.... we'll have a bunch characters trying to stop a bomb or a magical beam of light from destroying a city.

Someone tell IrishJedi to pass on these awesome ideas to Affleck/Johns stat! :rock

Best DC movie since TDK.

Best DC movie since BB. :yess:

What did Khev give you Jye? Was it more than what he paid for Force Awakens you whore?

I started defaulting on payments for TFA praise so jye ultimately changed his tune. :(

I just said it on the solo thread, but what if Todd was being held captive in Arkham like in Arkham Knight. Arkham Asylum has always been a large place with many hidden and abandoned sections. Would also give a plausible reason for Harley being an accomplice and maybe why Batman despises that place so much.
