Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

The Super-Family is Tony and Steve being gay dads and adopting Peter Parker...

It's Tumblr's fascination with taking white/straight characters and twisting them, while giving no attention to actual LGBT/POC that pisses me off. Instead of posting about Apollo and Midnighter (actual bad-ass gay dads), Flash Thomson (actual amputee), Spawn, etc, etc, they prefer taking stuff out of context and creating their own "head canons". Which, okay, it's their right, but they have the nerve to lecture others and proclaim their version as the "true" ones. Tumblr is both heaven and hell, in a way...

Todd ended up making Al Simmons gay?

People on Tumblr want me to hook up with Steve Rogers? That's weird.

Nah, next to LGBT I added POC, which stands for people of colour. Tumblr has a real problem with bending existing characters, and not giving enough attention to actual "diverse" ones. The Midnighter tag pales in comparison to the Stony or Stucky ones. They make cases for Tony being disabled, when there's a perfectly great character who's an amputee, Flash Thomson, who rarely gets any love. These tags are rahter dead, while the Stonys, the Stuckys and the like keep invading the Captain America, Iron Man and Bucky tags. The last one is like playing minesweeper...

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

I'm going to create a Tumblr account so I can ship Midnighter and Batwoman.

Folks are crazy there. I've come across many cases where they accuse people of rape, they swat them, they spread false rumours all over the internet, they contact the authorities with fake evidence, and some times it gets out of hand. Now, most of them are silly little ****s who do nothing but post cringeworthy **** all day. But there are some who are truly dangerous. Not because they're bad-***** or some tech-genius, but because they have no shame. If they think what you're posting is "harmful" they will attack you. Tumblr is a strange place indeed...

PS: Midnighter/Batwoman is a kick-ass couple though...

PS2: Here it is, the good ol' cringiest post in Tumblr:

Nightcrawler scene > the entirety of Antman

Ok fine, I was just messing with you.

Yes, Nightcrawler scene is better than anything in Antman.

But that scene can only take you so far pturtle, it has got nothing on TWS/CW.

Now back to your original question, does SS have better action than X2.

Just action?

Maybe not. But SS is still a more solid movie with more heart.

After growing up on Sigourney Weaver movies Margot Robbie is practically Nikki Minaj.

Yeah seriously, these cats here want Kim Kardashian for Pepper Potts. :lol

Ar-are you laughing...at me?!

Terminators, grab your shades!

Aliens, grab your flamethrowers!

80s Time-Travellers, hop into your Deloreans!

Predators, grab your...uh... lasers? LASERS!

Strangers, grab your Elevens!

We've got a man who needs some... talkin'.

Here's the Ace Chemicals scene that was clearly aimed at teenage rebellious emo girls.

Awful scene. Got Catwoman vibes from it with the soundtrack, lighting, bad cinematography, the slow mo CGI fall and that ****ing dialogue. Sounds like something Halle Berry and Sharon Stone would say to each other.

This feels like one of those comic book movies that came out in the early 2000s. Not your Raimi Spider-Mans, Batman Begins, Hellboy, or Singer X-Men, I'm talking your Catwoman's, Daredevils and Electras. That goofy dark and gritty vibe. Hell, with it's soundtrack it would fit right in.

I got more of a mid 90's goth film...like one of those Crow sequels or The Craft.
