Oh I gots to, I LOVE a challenge, that's why I played it on Hard for my first play through. Gonna play through Normal to get some Achievements I missed then when I upgrade all my weapons move onto 'Impossible'.

The wall boss was a pain but this last guy is no picnic. :lol Gonna try to finish tonight myself.

Glad to read they're making a part 2. This one :rock.

if you change difficulty don't you lose all your stuff?

i'm about to finish up my 2nd time through and still have some upgrading to do...i might be able to level everything up over the next 2 levels though...if not i'll have to go through it a 3rd time.

Isn't that only if you change halfway through? I thought if you complete one difficulty you could carry over your items to a new one. How else would be be expected to beat it on Impossible? You'd have to have all the upgraded weapons and suit.

haven't tried it yet, test it out and let me know how it ends up.

It goes like this.

Lets say you start the game on Normal, you beat the game and you have a lot of power-ups, etc.

You then proceed to start a new game on Hard. You will have to start from scratch, nothing from a previous game on a different difficulty will transfer over.

Once again, you can only keep playing on the same difficulty you started on with the same upgraded gear. Once you start a game on a different difficulty, you will have to start from scratch....from the beginning. Nothing will carry over.

Beat the game last night too, this game is so much fun and the graphics are stunning, especially on the last level. The final boss was fairly easy, even on Hard Mode, once you get his pattern down you can avoid all of his attacks. The very end of the game scared the living ^^^^ outta me though. :lol Started my second playthrough, I'm thinking it'll take three to get all of the weapon Achievements and one more for Impossible. The game is MUCH easier the second time on Hard 'cause you have all of your upgraded stuff, so thank goodness for that. This game is awesome. :rock

Yeah, the end scared the snot out of me. I may make another run or two on hard since I've gotten the my guy somewhat upgraded.
