The fourth wall busting hopefully won't make general audiences roll their eyes. It'd be funny if they worked a Ferris Bueller scene in there with a towel around DP's head.

I don't think Marvel cares since he's their character. If anything they're happy because the costume is faithful to the comics like how the Avengers are pretty much.
