Deadpool Sequel - 2018

Deadpool should be either completely normal anti-hero or extremely bat**** crazy, silly and OTT.
Middle of the road aproach only works when he's part of someone else's story and not the main focus.

I love pre-Deadpool part of the story of the first movie a lot. It worked perfectly when he was just a really cocky realistic merc who cracked jokes to hide his pain but would get dramatic and serious from time to time. I really didn't care for the rest of the movie last time I saw it.

Well, he started pretty normal and then became the latter, I meant more about the style of writing and the kind of jokes, videogame Deadpool is pretty waypool, but lands more jokes, is funnier and less tryhard than movie deadpool, who is also waypool.

Best Deadpool is more of a grown up kid instead of a grown up teenager in terms of writing.

Or at least his best comic runs have been that.

I kinda think the dramatic story was there just as filler, feels lazy on purpose, which I like, cause his motives were all ********.

I also think the action is fantastic.

I hope Disney keeps Reynolds’ Deadpool. He could be the only character “aware” of being in different movie universes. Iger made an ambiguous comment about there being a “place” for Deadpool movies.

Same here, but I got a pretty standard time of 7 pm. The tix I got for the Avengers though is at 7:50 pm. That's a pretty wonky starting time.
