I felt the same towards the middle of 3 as well

still a good season though

I would say its all of the time wasted on character sideplots that went nowhere for many episodes and werent really connected to the main storyline.
Aside from the real story, we had:
-Deb and Anton
-Angel and Giana
-Masuka becoming serious
-Yuki telling Deb not to trust Quinn
-Masuka and the woman that ran the party service.

May be that...

I remember for example I thought the Yuki/Quinn story lame. Could have been interesting but they kinda seem to have backed off from their original intent right in the middle of it. I think that's the prblem with most series. They only have a general outline and write the episodes as they go along rather than before shooting. That's the same thing that ultimately killed 24...

OMG! I only JUST watched the trailer for season 5...far out! I wish I hadn't, because now the next 7 weeks are going to be excruciating!

I will watch that trailer at least once a week until the season starts

I hope someone does, besides Quinn. Either Deb or Vince. As long as it isn't another Miguel relationship.

I can't wait, but am I the only one that thinks this might be the last season? I mean hows he going to get out of this mess?

Of course the only reason I knew he didn't get caught in the second season is because there was a third season out already, while watching the second season I figured there was no way he wasn't going to get caught. I guess you should never underestimate Dexter.
