See that's the thing. Jyn is cool like R5-D4. One and done. :) She'll never become lame or a joke in another movie now. If only Ripley, Marion, Trinity, Selene, etc., could have been so lucky.

Jyn's on the short list of cool chicks with Leia, Sarah Connor and Pfeiffer Catwoman who all got to be awesome and stay awesome (knock on wood that Leia makes it through TLJ unscathed.)

RO was so awesome and she was so good in it I feel like I should rank her higher than 6th but there's just no cracking a Top 5 that features Han, Luke, Leia, Vader and Fett. And yes I know that even among SW fans I'm in the minority in ranking her that high. I'd wager that most would probably have her in the Top 20-30 at the highest. There's just so many awesome and iconic characters in just the OT alone.

I debated on including Leia because of TFA but in the end I thought she held her own. Not on par with her OT self of course but I would say that she was at least as competent as ROTJ Mon Mothma. And I really liked her banter with old Han, reaction to his death, hug with Rey and getting the last line of the movie as Rey said goodbye.
 
I actually don't think anything haunts him. He's probably all "Yeah I did the SW Holiday Special and Hollywood Homicide, it's called earning a living. **** you."

:lol I figured that someone would bring up the Chewie dis when I wrote that.

Since Abrams is directing Episode IX maybe Luke can walk past Chewie to hug Rey after Leia dies.

Then in a surprise twist Chewie finally speaks English and says "**** y'all mother****ers, I'm outta here you **********s!" Flips Luke and Rey off and flies the Falcon off into the sunset.
