"Like you just stepped out of a salon!"

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

It favors Arnold, but there's something about it that's off, and what's with the ears sticking out so far? Until I get mine in hand I guess I'll have to stay disappointed.

It's one pretty looking Terminator.

I'm not sure if he'd want to kill me, or **** me.

:lol

Best one of the bunch, I think. It's too bad, the eyes kinda hurt the shots with the cyberdyne get-up.

Yeah thats a good shot. I definitely think he looks better than MMS117 with the sunglasses. And a minor observation the zipper of his breast-pocket is less angled than it is on the old jacket.

The inner-box synopsis text seems unfinished, doesn't it? No mention of the specific T-800 that protected John in T2.

"The machines will try again."

Well, okay.

When does OMG post usually, around 10pm Pacific?

Don't DX's usually come with a gimmick inside the box on the cover over the figure? Is that sliding window it?

Looks pretty good in the box. Maybe I'm just getting used to it. Like Indy.

You can see how easily the person sculpting it would 'get used to it'.

:lol Bit hit and miss in that department aren't they.

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

The lack of a BD head with a bullet rittled jacket still pisses me off.

Anyway, I never got a T2 T-800 and I need this one to go with the excellent T-1000 I have. This DX10 will be a nice accessory for the T-1000 figure.

:lol It's always amusing wondering if they'll slip up somewhere in the box text for their DX releases.

I really would've been willing to pay ~$270 to have them include the BD outfit (full outfit, not just jacket) and BD sculpt. I really would've.

I wonder what a revisited T-1000 sculpt would be like. We all love that figure but...its not exactly dead-on itself.

Just a wondering. I'm not suggesting that we need to see it, certainly not before the ****ing BD T-800 from Ts 1 and 2...and Kyle Reese.

I agree, this photo is totally Arnold...Perfect shot...With the glasses on...But you don't want to have to keep the glasses on all the time because you don't like the way the eyes may or may not look...I would want to be able to pose him without the glasses and still feel like it was a good likeness of Arnold...Especially if you want a screen accurate pose like the cyberdyne scene...

I went ahead and ordered this (there really wasn't any question, I knew I would...lol), and if push comes to shove, I'll use the DX with glasses for the early film scenes...and the MMS for the Cyberdyne scenes...But I'll wait and see once he's in-hand...

I would have paid a DX Luke price for that...

love the box! the DX12 box should've been like that. but out of all quotes to put on the inside, they chose the "I know now why you cry"??

anywhoo...glad to see more shots of him. Can't wait for OMGs pics. Hopefully AE gets their stock in next week (doesn't say partial shipment in the newsletter) so I can get this guy in and put the black shirt on him and give him the rose boxes :yess:

Yeah thats another oddity. Why not "I'll take care of the police"? Or "stay here. I'll be back"

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

If this is really what the new head sculpt looks like, then I am definitely swapping and using this new one with the sunglasses on and the old sculpt for the Cyberdyne look. I say this because with the sunglasses on, it looks great but with them off, it looks horrible in my opinion.

Re: Hot Toys - DX10 - Terminator 2 - T-800 Cyberdyne - Official Specs & Pics

Wow this thing looks brilliant from the box to the tailoring to the figure itself. Full of win :yess:
