Wherever you need to sleep better. But you are a bunch of thieves, and you know that.

Ok. I sleep even better now that I have $376 to get more figures. :yess:

But you seem jealous, you want a lollipop? An seems you are the one not been able to sleep well. Would you like me to share some of my loot with you?

How well do the suits fit after the change? The jacket mostly.

They fit very well, check the pics I posted a few pages back. IMO they actually fit better on the TT bodies, the neck and shoulder areas look more natural.

But some of that can be attributed to superior futzing. :hi5: :D

I think I will get 2 narrow and switch them over as well. Did you do the paperclip mod?

peterparkernypd, should I use the $376 to get those bodies, what do you think?

Not jealous at all... In fact it just let me dissapointed with the collectors in general terms. I just love the figures, and Enterbay really treat me really well with this...

What really worry me is the fact that after this they could start to provide a even crappy work, specially at logistics or something...

After all, if they will be robbed again, why in hell will they care with customer satisfaction?

I don´t know, dude... It´s up to you...

But let me ask you, why don´t just steal the bodies from some random store? It´s all the same thing, in the end of the day...

I doubt you are not jealous. Why do you care if we got our money back and got to keep the figures? You are just mad that we ended up with a better deal. I, on the other hand, wouldnt have cared at all if it would have happened to everyone and not me. But like I said, if your really, really jealous, I can share some of my good fortune with you.

Unfortunately, the are no stores around that have them. Stop being jealous, maybe some day you will be fortunate like us.

You know, you might almost have a leg to stand on if Enterbay were to answer any of their emails or indicate in some way that they want the defective figures back. As I understand it, they haven't.

That being the case, you're being belligerent against some victims who were lucky enough to be protected by PayPal. Enterbay were the thieves here. They took a lot of money to provide a high quality product. In apparently most cases, they tried to cheat people. Why not go kick a puppy or punch a pillow instead?

You guys had really strange moral standards, that´s all...

Morals? Eye for an eye. They may have not wanted to screw us directly, but they sent the figures out with the problems they were aware of before shipping them. In the end, they got screwed for not having integrity.

Another company with good morals would have made sure the figures were on top quality and as good as they announced and replaced any problems at no extra cost.

Uhhhh because they're a business. If they want to be around in a few years, they'll learn to not jerk around their customers.

These people gave Enterbay their money for a product. After waiting a more than reasonable period, Enterbay refused to even reply to them. What should they pay $70 for? To return defective mechandise to a company who tried to scam them and shows no indication that they want the broken stuff? Keep in mind, this isn't a product which should be resold.

You have some really strange morals if you think these people should pay to send these back. If Enterbay asked for them back and was willing to pay for shipping, that would be another thing, but this hasn't happened.

:slap

I'm assuming the cost per figure isn't all that much. Hence the reason EB may not be asking for the items to be returned. Just a guess.

Personally if EB didn't bother to ask the collector to send the item back (considering the pathetic level of service) I wouldn't lose sleep not sending it back. On the other hand, if EB takes the time to ask for their goods to be returned you're a crook if you decide to ignore that request.

No request, no communication = who cares.

Exactly. I've not gotten a single email from them since my order confirmation. It was paypal that sent me the shipping notice even I think. I person can only do so much. I'm not going to go out of my way to send these back. Heck, I wouldn't even know where to send them to. I mean a company that won't even responde to numerous paypal claims IS doing something wrong.

I've dealt with Enterbay before too. I bought their Jack Bauer and David Palmer figures from 24. Both great figures. I bought them from a dealer here in the states, but they were great. I bought their T-bag from Prison Break through them. Again, nice figure, no complaints. Then I ordered the nude body 2 pack (Han and Che). Han's body had some paint damage to it due to them just shipping the figures in their non-shipping-approved-clear-plastic boxes. And the paint work was horrible. Just a spray tan in one pose really. He had freaking tan lines!

This left a bad taste in my mouth. And they had the nerve to ask me to pay for shipping it back to them if I wanted a replacement (which was their fault for just wrapping their figure box in paper and shipping that way). So I just let it go. I was going to use it for a Han anyway and the body wouldn't be see. Not worth the hassle.

So I was uneasy ordering the MiB after that. I waited to the very last day to order them. This gave me a chance at a better production run (they had already said the first batch had QC issues at this point) and more security with Paypal with less time between paying and getting the figures. Needless to say I'm glad I did. Enterbay just doesn't seem to care anymore. I mean I at least got a response to my Han body issue, but never for these. Paypal was my only option. I originally requested replacements. But of course Paypal can't magically make replacements for me, so my money back was my only choice.

I really do hope this fiasco hurts Enterbay in the long run. A company this bad deserves to go out of business. I for sure won't be buying from them again.

I feel the same way. A company that cannot keep a good track of problem free figures will not last for too long. Maybe they should just compete with Headplay.

sound strange Eb doesn't want his defective figures back, they have ever
request defective item shipping back...
but if they do not pay the fees...is a trouble...is a mess
how can a costumer get a refund for a defective figure which has the qc passed ? and to spend add money to ship back the figure to them? ..is no sense...
( if I was one of the unlucky here) (and I am been several times in past :monkey2 )
EB pays the fees I will shipback everything they want... no problem
but if they don't want to pay....
