So if I'm wrong email Enterbay customer service directly and ask them if they want there figure back since you have your refund. I've posted the response I got. I'll wait for yours.

You aren't getting this are you? They NEVER responded to me. That was the PROBLEM! :slap

Why should I though? They had their chance. Over a month to send out one simple email. Or respond to a paypal claim. And did they? No. Not. One. Word.

Don't get me wrong Woff. I admire that you send yours back. That is very good of you. But try to see things from my side. They haven't as much as acknowledged that I even exist once I got my original order confirmation. They ignored my emails and a paypal claim. How am I supposed to trust them at this point. If I send the figures back on my dime I honestly can't expect to see a return shipping refund from them. What's to say they won't give me the silent treatment again? Should I lose my hard earned money because they knowingly sold defective goods after they claimed they were going to fix them? Had this been a car with faulty parts and people died because of it, they'd be up to their ears in lawsuits. Obviously these aren't something that could cause a death, but should they be held to any lower standard of quality control because of that? They say they have a "passion for perfection." Thats not even close to what I got. I just wanted what I thought I paid for. They blew me off and I had to settle for a refund. I'm not the bad guy here. Enterbay is.

MxBxM = soldier of the Lord? :lol

Get out of my state bum.

:lol

I like it here. Not getting out anytime soon.

And in regards to you keep calling us thieves, robbers and calling the figures stolen property, you must have similar business ethics as Enterbay, that is why you feel so sorry for them. I don't ever recall going all the way to Hong Kong and getting the figures without paying. If I remember correctly, I paid for them, I got a defective product, contacted them to get replacements, thry said they would send them in 2 weeks, a month passed, asked them again, did not answer back, went to Paypal, thry bever answered back. So, Paypal sides with me and I get to keep the figures and got my money back.

If that makes me a thief according to you, then I am one. But the way I see it, only someone as crooked and careless as Enterbay would side with them. Only you know how many people you have screwed over like Enterbay and you come here trying to call us thieves. First time I have ever seen a person siding with the one that did the damage.

Here is the response I got the last 2 times I contacted them out of 3:

And why do you care so much? You trying to make yourself look like big moral-do-good person, but you come here and accuse all those with the same outcome of being thieves without knowing the facts of each one of us. You seem to use you "morals" when needed. If you did the right thing according to you, great, keep it to yourself, dont try and come here rubbing "your good deeds" or "greatness".

And if $ isnt an issue for you and dont mind the chance of losing by shipping the figures back, then good for you, give yorself a treat. But I will not be in the loosing end of a deal because of the others mistakes.

The most honest thing you've done in this thread is admit you're a thief. That is a first step though. :lol

I did good, didn't I? Now I think I know how it feels to be you. :(

And good use of morals and manners, accusing people of being thieves. Very fancy.

Lesson learned - gotta buy them 1/4s and just open a dispute lol...nothing to lose!

Haha jk...honestly, I think if they don't respond then its too bad for them. Paypal is dumb and sellers always get shafted if they are not careful. EB apparently can afford to act all high and mightly and ignore claims, then they deserve the loss.

Please keep in mind that we're only hearing from the people who are having problems. The vast majority are not experiencing any issues with these figures. I have both, and although I've complained about the scale issue, the figures are top notch with no issues with the bodies.

These problems are the exceptions, not the rule.

Here is the response I got the last 2 times I contacted them out of 3:

So out of 3 attempts at contact they only responded once? And was that response an attempt to resolve the issue?

I'm sure situations like this will only make it more difficult for the rest of us - they will just stop using Paypal as a payment alternative.

Pretty sure all bodies have some sort of weak knees and tight elbows. Some owners are more forgiving and tolerant than others.

The first response they agreed to send the parts so I could replace them myself. I asked for a left bicep since K arrived with 2 right biceps and that gives the arms limitation as I cannot bend it as much as the eight one. I asked for 2 jackets and because the clips on the front fell off and was missing buttons on the arms. Ks jacket also has siome stains on the back and pants, but the Jacket covers those so I could careless about that. It had the loose joints, ragdoll, but I was able to fix that with the superglue trick.

The first time, they agreed to have them ready in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I contacted them and nothing. One more time a week later and nothing. Opened a dispute with Paypal stating that I just wanted what I had originally requested, eventually, they never answered and when escalated to a claim, I just wanted my money back. I was expecting Enterbay to agree on the return and I would the request that they cover the shipping back as well, and only then I would send the figures. But they never answered.

They dont care about me, I care even less about them.

My point exactly.

People like MxBxM, with Moral values changing according to every situation, will eventually make them stop using Paypal, and will be WAY more harder for the rest of us to purchase anything.

But hey, he got a free figure. Let´s envy him.

Don't know why someone hasn't thought of this yet but here's what I think. Enterbay didn't respond to you'll - Accepted - Horrible CS. Filed a dispute, you got your money back.

Now, technically you have something that belongs to them. If they aren't responding to you even after you wrote to them why not - Sell some parts gather the $70-80 required for shipping and send it back. I know it's an extra hassle but hey why keep something that's not yours? You paid for something you didn't like it you filed for a refund - You got it.

If you'll can spend some of your time just selling some parts like just the TLJ HS which commands a decent price on ebay - It's pretty simple to gather the desired sum - It's really not a Gargantuan task.

EDIT: When you'll got your refunds? Did anyone of you'll to write to them telling them you received your refunds from Paypal and you want to send these back?

If there's a vast majority of people facing this problem and complaining there's an equal number of disgruntled customers writing countless emails to them. With a 100 PM limit on the board, it's acceptable if a seller here says a PM was lost. But if a mailbox of a Company (accessible by a customer base so vast) is bombarded by thousands of mails - Can't we give them the benefit of doubt?

When people have walked off from the board with your hard earned money don't you PM them repeatedly asking where he/she is and ask for a refund? So, when you have someonelse's money doesn't it work the same way? Can't you'll send them a mail a day, Just forward the same thing over and over - Doesn't cost a penny does it?

Why keep something that doesn't belong to you ?

I'm glad I am the only target here. And what if Enterbay stops using Paypal? Shouldnt you be more worried about Enterbay making better figures instead? So Enterbay, just keep up the bad work on quality control as long as you have Paypal as a payment option.

Peterparker like I said, how about $1? Would that be enough? I don't want you to feel left out.

Let Enterbay feel what we felt when we tried to get our problems ressolved. Why should I care for them if they did not give a crap about me?

Walmart has a better customer service than Enterbay.
