Don't know why someone hasn't thought of this yet but here's what I think. Enterbay didn't respond to you'll - Accepted - Horrible CS. Filed a dispute, you got your money back.
Now, technically you have something that belongs to them. If they aren't responding to you even after you wrote to them why not - Sell some parts gather the $70-80 required for shipping and send it back. I know it's an extra hassle but hey why keep something that's not yours? You paid for something you didn't like it you filed for a refund - You got it.
If you'll can spend some of your time just selling some parts like just the TLJ HS which commands a decent price on ebay - It's pretty simple to gather the desired sum - It's really not a Gargantuan task.
EDIT: When you'll got your refunds? Did anyone of you'll to write to them telling them you received your refunds from Paypal and you want to send these back?
If there's a vast majority of people facing this problem and complaining there's an equal number of disgruntled customers writing countless emails to them. With a 100 PM limit on the board, it's acceptable if a seller here says a PM was lost. But if a mailbox of a Company (accessible by a customer base so vast) is bombarded by thousands of mails - Can't we give them the benefit of doubt?
When people have walked off from the board with your hard earned money don't you PM them repeatedly asking where he/she is and ask for a refund? So, when you have someonelse's money doesn't it work the same way? Can't you'll send them a mail a day, Just forward the same thing over and over - Doesn't cost a penny does it?
Why keep something that doesn't belong to you ?
