ENTERBAY: Men In Black

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate links, including eBay, Amazon, and others.
Filing genuine complaints is fine and if you get a full refund please at least offer to return their merchandise. However I wouldn't be surprised to see folks end up on a "do not sell" list. Trying to game the system will just make things worse for everyone in the long run.
I'm not 100% with the figs, especially the scale, but as standalone pieces they are 90%. I have not really tried to pose them so that could drop. Enterbay certainly has to work out its body issues and QC so this does not become a norm. I likely won't be preordering any 1:6 until I see in-hand. That said, I did preorder 1:4 Joker because in-hand shots have been great and there have been just a couple of minor gripes that I'm aware of. I also have the Rambo. Not crazy about the joints, but the figure is spot on. I'd like to find a 1:4 scale olive green t-shirt or jacket.

Heck at this point EB might be better off switching their niche to 1:4 scale.

My point exactly.

People like MxBxM, with Moral values changing according to every situation, will eventually make them stop using Paypal, and will be WAY more harder for the rest of us to purchase anything.

But hey, he got a free figure. Let´s envy him.

My moral values are the same as they have always being, eye for an eye. Well, more like whole face for an eye.

But you just remind me of a guy I used to work with. We would get all the work done in 6 hours everyday and our supervisor would write down the 8 hours anyways for our hard work, except for him because he was lazy. He somehow found out and started complaining that we were cheating and the supervisor set him straight. He eventually ratted him out with the manager and they fired the supervisor. They would only pay us for 6 hours now and the guy was happy, nobody liked him, but his buttkissing made hom happy. They got a new supervisor who started asking for legal papers and they fired many of my coworkers and got new people. Now people had to work extra hours to get the job done and with a lot of errors that we did in 6 hours with next to no errors. It is the same way to date as I still keep contact with a friend there. The company has spent a lot of money trying to find a new system to bring back the good old days.

So you remind me of the envious, butt-kissing snitch. And I got 2 free figures.

This is truly how you think or at this point you are just being a ass to mantain a caracther persona?

Do you really think the "eye for a eye" is the solution? They sent you a defective product, your best solution is get your money back AND keep the figures?

And you are actually happy for doing this and anyone that thinks this is cleary wrong is a butt-kissing?

Your mommy and daddy must be really proud of you.

So out of 3 attempts at contact they only responded once? And was that response an attempt to resolve the issue?

I'm sure situations like this will only make it more difficult for the rest of us - they will just stop using Paypal as a payment alternative.

9/10 people would've done the same in his shoes. If you're not one of those, good for you. But the world is not going to end because Enterbay didn't get back a pair of crappy figures they sent out and didn't ask for back.

If Enterbay knowingly sent out faulty goods (they did) and they are not willing to pay shipping costs to get their faulty goods returned to them (they didn't). That's 100% their responsibility.
Sorry, but screw them. It's their problem from start to finish.
Bad QC, bad customer service and bad follow up. If they had arranged for their products to be picked up, then that would be a different story, but they didn't.

What about all the inconvenience to their customers?

:dunno

Exactly. Theyre just mad because it did not happen to them.

These people are like the preachers from churches who talk about being good and doing the right thing while they have lovers and steal the church's money.

Those who throw the first stones are worst than the ones they critcize. Maybe attacking me helps you all not feel too guilty of the stuff yall do?

Why should any of us go OUT OF OUR WAY to return this thing?

The bottom line = IF EB IS NOT WILLING TO GIVE US THE ****ING DECENCY TO GIVE US A SHIPPING LABEL, **** IT.

Seriously, wtf is wrong with some of you. Why go the extra mile for someone else's mistake? EB is not my friend, family, or lover.

If in you have never in your life stolen anything (money from yout parents, a candy from your brother, gotten more change than you were supposed to get, etc) then you have the right to be mad.

But I have not stolen anything, Im just not paying and losing money to send them back. Why dont you contact Enterbay and tell them to contact us and give us the money to ship them back? You care so much about them.

Because again, youre crying because you were not lucky, not because its the right thing to do.

Paypal and Enterbay decided the solution for this problem. Not me.

My father died proud of me and my mother and sister, whom I support, are also proud of me.

So try again. You know, envy blinds your judgement and ability to reason.

I don't understand what all this bickering is about.

Buyer paid for a quality figure
Buyer is not happy
Buyer asks enterbay "your figure is crap and I don't want to spend anything on this figure due to it's poor quality, you can take it back if you want but I want my money back"(aka paypal dispute).
Paypal to seller: "If you don't respond within 14 days, then we assume your answer to the buyer is YES, you can keep the figure without paying for it"

Buyer has figure now and his money back.

Where in this entire scenario did the buyer steal anything?

You do realized that Enterbay okayed the buyer to keep their money and their figure right?(by purposely not acting on the dispute). It's not like the buyer conned them with jedi mind tricks.

You seems to really believe that you´re right, that I would do the same if I was you and that I envy you for stealing things...

All right, dude... time to quit talking to you.

Enjoy your stolen figures and your money

:slap

LoL, dude he didn't steal anything. If enterbay gives him a shipping label and he refuses to send it back, then talk to him about stealing.

I might, Ill try hard to enjoy them. I still have mixed feelings though. The only good things about them are the sculpts and Frank.

And you can thank Enterbay for me for giving me 2 figures at no cost. Ill take Enterbays silence of an example of "the customer is always right." It was very generous of them.

And if your envy woulnt have clouded your brain, Enterbay probably just gave me $50 with both figures combined. So dont cry too much for them.

You went through Paypal. The same as I did. Paypal decided in your favor because Enterbay didn't respond. The same happened in my case. Paypal refunded you your money. Paypal refunded my money. Paypal does not communicate with Enterbay on your behalf. They contact Enterbay to let them know that there is a claim and to respond. That's it. Because any decent human being would know that Enterbay would probably want their figures back I asked them directly, after Paypal gave me my refund. They said yes. I sent them their figures back. You didn't contact Enterbay after you were sent the refund because you believe that Paypal asked for you which they didn't. Paypal didn't decide that the figures were yours. They decided that you get your money back. They don't deal in anything outside of payment.

Now, I'll throw down the gauntlet since you claim to be in no wrong and I'll offer to help you. Since Enterbay sent a response to me (because I actually asked), I'll ask them on your behalf. Just pm me your email address and I'll carbon copy you to the email so that you'll be involved. You have nothing to hide right?

But as Buttmunch has pointed out, there is a trust issue regarding whether EB will in fact refund the return shipping - not through mal intent, but simply as a result of not being organised enough to manage it. A return shipping notice would be the easiest solution, but EB insists on a refund-only option for shipping? Personally I would not wear the up-front $70+ to ship back EB's faulty products. The only acceptable means for me to return these would be a prepaid shipping label.

EB have been caught on the hop with this release and the resulting backlash from customers. They really do need to review their ordering procedures, and whether paypal-only is the best model for them. They could also look at whether asking customers to wear the cost of return shipping of faulty products is reasonable.
