Anyway, I think we've exhausted the "Paypal helps you steal" discussion. I know Enterbay reads the forum, so unless they have some comment about the situation, I think we need to leave this thread to discussing the figures.

But as Buttmunch has pointed out, there is a trust issue regarding whether EB will in fact refund the return shipping - not through mal intent, but simply as a result of not being organised enough to manage it. A return shipping notice would be the easiest solution, but EB insists on a refund-only option for shipping? Personally I would not wear the up-front $70+ to ship back EB's faulty products. The only acceptable means for me to return these would be a prepaid shipping label.

What, ask if they want them back, or ask whether they'd be prepared to prepay the shipping? Cause I've done that before and they didn't come to the party. Had to pay to send back their faulty item. This is their M.O.

btw I didn't even bother but I send both bodies back to EB through a friend travelling back to HK. both simply cannot stand on their own due to wrap ankles and knees and one elbow joint was so crooked that it barely hangs in the socket and it was not simply a loose joint but I could not put it back in so eventually it would have just broken off so I made sure I was within the 14 days? return period and contacted them about RMA. have not heard from them since ani-con .. they are either being bombarded by MIB RMAs or 1/4 orders? I am going to call them in an hour or so to follow up

I've offered to send an email from my account with a carbon copy sent to you so you can see exactly what they respond with. Your answer is let me in your house? I offer to meet you somewhere, (which also seems unneccessary) other than my house and your reply is let me in your house? Seriously? I'm not asking for your figures. I'm not asking for your money. I don't want to be involved in your life. I'm just simply calling you a thief if you didn't ask Enterbay directly if they want their figures back after you were sent your refund. I got my refund and then asked and they wanted them back. If they wanted mine back why wouldn't they want yours? Because you didn't ask. You'd rather steal the figures and sell them for a profit. If they tell you to keep the figures keep the figures, you've done nothing wrong. Not asking or making the effort is just wrong. Now my offer doesn't involve either of us having to be involved in the others life. You don't want it though because you know you're in the wrong and you're afraid Enterbay is going to ask for their figures back if you make the effort.

Im willing to meet him. But you are right, I am behind a computer a swell. I'll just stop and put him on ignore. And because of this, I will gladly keep the figures now and if Enterbay wants them back, too bad. Now Ill give them a reason to call me a thief.

That thread title was a tongue in cheek reference to those in this thread who have gone in hardest over the non-return of figures - I certainly didn't mean to imply that anyone in your position was in fact a thief, and in hindsight that thread was primed for a load of dodgy comment. I do apologise if it caused any offense, or made you both into a board target.

I was genuinely interested in what the board at large had to say on the matter though. The majority of the responses I read before that thread was deleted seemed to side against Enterbay's CS and response to the issue.

But it's clear everyone has had their say and it's time this thread moved on from attempting to change opinions that are clearly fixed and unyielding.

I'm reposting this in bold and bigger font - as it seems many of you have missed this post.

This talk of stealing, paypal, having a face to face, etc....needs to stop now. Any continuation of these conversations, posts will be deleted and infractions will start getting handed out.

Looks like EB is gonna force me to play hardball. After agreeing to give me a full refund and refund return shipping costs they are avoiding me. I sent the figures back and they have been sitting at the post office there waiting for pick-up for over a week. And they have ignored several e-mails as well.

Thats exactly what I've been afraid of all along. You've sent them back and they still act like they could care less about getting them back by not going and picking them up.
