oh I just called the CS# listed on their website. I used my VOIP to call them at 2cents/min so not much damage. Man but again no reply to my email.. guess I just have to placed an online order and then get them to refund my discount

I've used that seller a fair bit and in my experience the listings include the manufacturer's name only when it's the genuine article. Maybe they bought a set from EB and did a Buttmunch

Mytoysbox make a LOT of EB recasts and Knock offs... the Knock Off BL bodies, sculpts hair hands etc etc all came from him...

That's what puzzles me about this listing - their knock-off listings usually don't state the manufacturer name. This listing does, and includes officially released EB pics. Maybe they just don't care about being careful anymore.
Knock off J actually looks better than real J I wonder if they did knock off bodies if they'd have better joints or if they'd make sure they have issues too

Yeah, these are pretty bad when you compare them to the originals. No subtlety on these at all.

I'm not a fan of the brown hair on J. The black used on the bootleg looks much better. I didn't even know he had the little sole patch under his bottom lip until the bootleg because the brown is too similar to the skintone.
Plus the sad eyes he was painted with don't help.

Hey, we can all have our own taste. Leaning 18" to my left, I'll take the subtleties of tone on the EB version. The bootleg version looks far more simple and dull and plain. It looks like a toy to me.
It is simple, but I think that actually improves it. Enterbay's paint is almost too complex. K for example would have looked better without the red highlights on the face. If the hair on the bootleg wasn't so dark and flat, that one might look better than the real one too.
Different taste. I think K looks like a corpse in that pic. The red on mine looks very realistic.

The red can look realisitc in certain lighting and a bad sun burn in others. I think it would have looked just as realistic without it. Their Elvis figure looks like he's about to die they messed it up so much on that figure.

How old is TLJ? 65? 70? Take a look at any real 65 year old. There's often a lot of red to them. I think the EB paint job on K is amazing. However, I have seen some pics which looked redder than mine, so who knows?
