I think the EB paint job looks phenomenal. The pores in his skin look more "in scale" than HT's But the likeness isn't totally there to my eyes. Will need to see it from more angles.

The paint job is really good I agree, and definitely the pores are more 'in scale'.

However I think HT's paint is even better, and like you, currently, not feeling the likeness so much.

Yea, HT went a little overboard with the detailing on their headsculpt on a 1/6th scale, which of course just makes it over the top ridiculous. Kind of like scale plane models where every company insists on detailing every little rivet on a small scale.

I really don't see a problem with HT's pores. The way I see it: the makeup cakes, and, in turn, adds more definition to the pores.
