Aren't you a little short for a Stormtrooper??

So, my first official day of being unemployed. Have an interview Wednesday. Wife goes back from maternity leave tomorrow. We had our first conversation, initiated by my wife, about me pursuing artwork seriously. Baby is sleeping. This is weird.

I'm havin' a beer, catching up on some long overdue artwork, and watching Masters of the Universe.

Thom, a guy from here told me about this site called elance.com. It's a site were people post openings for freelance work. Thought you might be interested. :)

Jeez, just watched the Optibotimus review for SSC Baroness. Looks like one of the nicest SS figures ever.

My girlfriend is getting the boot from her once-secure job, sometime mid-year. One thing we've talked about is her getting a part-time job, any job, for just a day or two a week while she looks at establishing herself as a freelancer (she's a photographer/arts type). That way she can explore her passion whilst not feeling that she's shackled to a going-through-the-motions job. Good luck for Wednesday!

Thank you! That's something I've thought about as well. Bit of a safety net. I'm really torn about Wednesday because it would mean a full-time step back into a field I am exhausted of. But, it would mean more stability of course. Even though I am the secondary bread winner, it's still scary when you've got a mortgage and a baby. Youth is wasted on the young, indeed! :lol

Wow, this Lagunitas Sucks is something. I'm not usually into super-hoppy beers but this **** tastes EXACTLY like it smells and it smells kinda like heaven.

I was busy at work and didn't get a chance to post all day. I hope everybody is doing well. :wave

Mine is at a year with nothing. :(

Is really getting to me now.

I was out of work for 2 years before I got my last job. And I sent out resumes every day. I'm actually shocked at how many responses I've got in the last week. Hope things turn around for wife!!! :duff
