re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

Thanks, shropt. I'll have to check that out... Just checking in quick before heading to a super bowl party... I stayed at the toy show til 2pm (it opened at 11). I got $100 before the doors even opened. Took in an additional $253 after, so $353 total. i can't believe it! I didn't sell anything exciting. $95 was from DVD's, the rest collectibles. Ahhh, that felt good! After deducting the $20 for the table, and $32 I spent at the show, I cleared $301. Here are pics are what I bought. The first one is a Yoda Lego knock-off. It was completely unassembled. I put it together without opening the sealed bag. The arms were difficult, but I got it. There were other lego knock-offs, but I only needed Yoda...

Wow, sounds like you had a great experience. THAT'S AWESOME! It's fun, right? I love selling at shows. Bums me out that my schedule doesn't allow it anymore. And $20 for a table? That's great. Around here they're about $40-65 a piece.

That bootleg Lego is cool, I haven't seen those before.

go denverapolis broncolts!! :d
Man, they're getting killed. That friggin safety killed me in the pool. I had 7 and 0 as one pair of my numbers, which would have rocked for a normal game.

Thanks. I would have been skeptical to pay that much for a table.
The Yoda is neat. I should have bought the rest...

I was really expecting Denver to win (or at least perform) this game. They sucked *****, bottom line.

Yeah, I didn't realize how many nerds I followed on Twitter until I saw everyone posting about the commercial and not the game. :lol
